My experience with Götz Motorsport GmbH has been extremely disappointing. The company sent me an item that did not match the specifications, and when I contacted them about the issue, they insisted that I return it at my own expense even though they had sent the wrong product in the first place.

After returning the item, I never received a refund. As a result, I am now without both the product and my money, plus I had to pay the return shipping costs myself.

Because of the way this situation was handled, the entire experience felt fraudulent to me and left me with serious concerns as a customer. Based on this, do not order from Götz Motorsport GmbH.

They are reselling chinese products for premium prices and because of that the images are incorrect. I wanted to return the item but i had to pay for the return costs! Disgusting business practices. Smells like a scam. Customer service does only reply with standard answers.

Great shop i ordered a starter motor it came within 7 days the packaging was good and the starter felt good quality, good product i've had it for a week now its working great but i dont know how long it will last

Sent the wrong size item and just kept my money after I returned it. Even after countless contacts they just waste time and keep the item and my money.
Stay away, not worth the hassle!!

After being told that the parts I required for my ATV were not available in Europe, Motorsportgoetz had them in stock. I bought them and they were delivered from Germany to Spain within 3 working days, with tracking updates from UPS. After placing my order I read many negative reviews about this company on this website and got worried. No need. They delivered the goods on time, as promised and I am very happy with the quality and service given.

Very bad experience,the package never came they just return it back to the store,Goetz sends it with dhl and nobody ever contacted me,never buying again from them.

Ordered a widening set for an atv. It looked neat. But the supplied wheel bolts are not good. The thread is not correct. This quickly caused a bolt to break. No response is given to the emails you send with a complaint and photo. Customer service and warranty do not seem to exist here

Hello, i order from this Online shop a 2 tyres for My Atv and when i received the package one of the two was an old tire in poor condition that is for disposal (note that both are old, one 6 years old and the other 2-3) just the one that is 6 years old tire was very faded and hard that it could not to be used, so I messaged the company and got no reply however I opened a dispute on paypal to give me a return slip or tire change, after that I got the following response from the company that they won't give me a return slip and to send them the old tire since I will pay the return shipping because I opened a dispute without contacting them so I didn't send it back because the shipping was too expensive which exceeds the value of the tire. And the bottom line was that they sent me their old tires after I had paid for them and they cheated me, I had to buy new tires elsewhere for second time.

bought a starter motor for a old lc4 it worked for around 6 months then died. The brushes wore down very quickly and overall bad quality item.
Internals were also odd as the brushes were reversed and couln't be replaced with arrowhead brushes despite being an arrowhead starter.
would cost around 40 euro to send back so not worth it.
2025 starter motor stopped working entirely.

After I contacted them in German using instagram, I was able to reach them. I sent the parcel back for free, and got a full refund in 2 workdays after they had received the packet. So that was all ok.

Absolutely no customer service if something goes wrong.

The parcel arrived from Germany to Finland quite delayed, in around 3 weeks (no tracking so can't know when they sent it). The product was also unsuitable for us, so we decided to return them.

During last 3 weeks, I have tried all of the contact methods. Whatsapp and Instagram chats and their online form - no answer. Their email address is also out of order.

Mobile phone number (which is +49 7071 8604740 found that by trial and error) only gives German instructions to contact via email or online form, which are useless.

Haven't had a negative experience with a big online shop before. But cannot recommend this one.
