I give a good review to balance out the bad ones as my experience wasnt as bad as the others described. I was a bit worried indeed after I ordered my tyres as I looked at the reviews on this website after having ordered.
I give only 4 stars and not 5 because of the ordering process which is outdated. So outdated that my order was duplicated. Better to implement klarna on tour website in the future.
However customer service fixed the issue and I got refund indue time.
The tyres were shipped but the tracking system doesnt really work neither.
Anyway I received the tyres I ordered in due time and for a much better price than anywhere else so thank for that!

I finally received the tire! Without any notification or update, I received a call today, about an order that will be delivered in the next minutes.
I believe that, after all, the order was stuck in Customs at the border, so it might not have been the seller's fault after all... This is the only thing I can assume.
But this raises some questions: Why DPD told me continuously that they did not receive any package? And why the Customer Support didn't know anything about it? It looks like the lies and misinformations came from DPD, not the shopping website.
The tire didn't come in a box, only in some thick (with a couple of holes) plastic foil. It is in good condition and it was manufactured a year ago. Looks good.
I would give them 5 stars, but the lack of information are not worth it.

First of all, this review is also for Delticom AG (the real organisation), dekkonline, giga-dekk, autopink, dekk.eu and many more online markets. It's just one business with tens of international websites (easy to find out from the similar reviews for their tires, similar order number and same address.
I ordered a tire 3 weeks ago, and since then, I did not receive any information about it's status. It was updated on 30th to "On the way", and that's where it was left.
I called PostNord (the local delivery service), and their message was that the package did not enter the country.
So I called DPD, the International courier, who is supposed to handle the package, and they told me that they never received it, there was only a registration as there being a package.
Then I tried to call the shop, but their phone number doesn't work. I wrote them an email, and they didn't reply.
In the end, I figured out that it is a one big Organisation, and that the Order codes work between the webshops, so I wrote dekkonline, which has a facebook messenger chat, about the issue.
And here is where the confussion really started...
In total, three people replied, over a span of two weeks.
- First person tells me that I should have received the package the day before, then tells me that it is still on the way, and they can't give me more information (remember that DPD said that they did not receive anything).
- The second person tells me that there was a logistic issue and that it should be on the way, or maybe still with them (changed his mind after I reminded him multiple times that DPD said that they received nothing), he doesn't know, so he advised me to come back at the end of the week for more information.
- The week ends without any information, so the next week I talk with the third person, who tells me that they can't know where my package is, and that I will receive a message when it will be updated.
The last status I received from them was that I should return in 4 days, when they will have more information (deja vu). They won't even tell me if the package left their warehouse, or not. Their only response is that "The package is on the way, and they will notify me when PostNord will receive it."
I don't know where all those positive comments come from.
Check the Trustpilot page for Delticom AG, where everybody complains about the exact same thing.

Stay away from this site. After payment, no mail, no telephone number, no nothing. Use your money on weed instead.

Probably good tires, if you get them (in time)
Tires are probably really good when or if they arrive. As in my last experience with motorsykkeldekk.com they have challenges with their Logistics. Status on DPD tracking site has been "packet unterwegs" now for 16 days. No more info regarding where.
And they ship a pair of ordered tires as 2 different packages. Last time my front tire arrived 4 weeks after I had to buy a similar tire locally.
What happens this time???

Delivery was slow and to the the wrong house.
Delivery took 22 days from ordering. This is terrible.
Your email asking me to rate the delivery arrived 4 days before the tyre.
The tyre was eventually delivered today to the wrong house, it was delivered to my neighbours house and left on their front steps in full view from the pavement so anyone could have helped themself to it. My house has 30cm high brass numbers on the front of the house showing the house number and google maps shows the house location perfectly well. I didnt get any email or text yet to say it had been delivered.
Your delivery service is substandard. I would have have left 0 stars if I could.

I ordered from this company tire for my scooter. It was emty in Norway but this company had them.
It tok about 2 weeks but rest it was easy.
Also when i ordered wrong tire in the beginning they was very fast to help.
In general im satisfied

3 weeks delivery to Norway. DPD+POSTNORD
3 weeks delivery to Norway. Why? The transport in Norway is taken care of by Postnord, the fact you will not be informed by the track link fromDPD transport. You will see that your packet is stuck in some terminal close to you..and if you are a detective you will find that it is Postnord. And the reason for not completing delivery? They did'nt get your phone number from sender..and they dont care to look it up. SO; You don't know who is holding your packet, and that they are missing your phone number.
