I was searching for various Dolmar (now Makita) chainsaw parts and after Googling the separate bits I came to realise that this company stocked everything I needed to sort out the clutch on my PS4605.
The company's internet site is very well laid out and I liked the fact that I didn't have to register to see what the postage price would be (which is always a pain), you just have to fill in your country.
The prices are reasonable, and the postage price was excellent.
Once I ordered the bits, I was sent various confirmation emails, then update emails tracking the package and a tracking number. I like this a lot.
My impression was of a buyer friendly company with excellent awareness of service. The only minor criticism I have is that when the package arrived I was sent emails in Czech asking me to complete a satisfaction form, and I don't speak or read Czech, except Urquell. If it had been in English (or a language of choice), I would have completed it. Good company.

For the first time, I ordered original parts for my chainsaws from this Slovakian company, from the Netherlands. I received the parts within four business days with very reasonable shipping costs. Good order updates, good quality, and certainly a competitive price. I'll definitely be back!
