I ordered and paid for an item online and never received it. Motozoom has applied for bunkruptcy, so the chance of ever getting my money back is prettty much zero.

Scammers. Claim to have cancelled my order and refunded to PayPal. But no refund forthcoming. Have contacted them by email and WhatsApp and Paypal, and they simply read and ignore. Have had my money now for 29 days and dont even have the dignity to respond to me. Have raised a dispute in PayPal and true to form they are ignoring that too.

They're always helpful, never brush you off or rush.
You get the time you need as a customer, because everyone's different.
As an expat I've learned and seen a lot of bad customer support, but these guys make up for every bad experience you may have had.
