customer for already a couple of years, only had one issue with one of their products that came defective, customer support asked for a couple of pics to verify it was an integrity issue of the product, and not misuse, and offered either a refund or a voucher, apart from that top notch customer experience.

my only gripe would be they take long to bring new stuff to the store, but heck they already have a lot of variety, so a minor one.

overall recomended, and i'll keep buying from them as long as they stay the same

never had an issue, i've bought a few toys from here, a total of 3 and awaiting the third delivery. all delivers come within like a week from purchase. all have good quality and not a single complaint. would defo recommend, the toys are relatively cheap compared to other compaines, good quality and good customer support

- The Delivery ist fast and happens discreet.
- A lot of good quality items to choose from.
- Fast support if something unusual happens or your interested in a special new item that they may add to there store.

The site is easy to use and has also good events and cashback / discount options.

I've ordered from this company twice. Both times have been great. Both orders have been delivered from their location in the Netherlands to Sweden within 3 days.

The website itself is well designed and easy to use. Checkout was seemless and straight forward.

Customer support is outstanding. They answered any questions quickly and with great detail, they really know their product lineup.

Creating an account is also actually worthwhile. People are really good at writing product reviews, and you get rewards for doing so. No annoying and meaningless newsletters, just an occasional treat from out of the blue (which made me order a second time).

Motsutoys has always in my exprience been very helpfull with any questions or problems with my orders.
And I've recived a reply the next day to all my inquiries with good responses.
So simply I consider them to have great customer service.

The whole process of the purchase was easy and smooth. I didn't find any issues, and the website is easy to navigate. I also nearly forgot I had placed an item in my cart and the site reminded me. The tracking was precise and updated often, and the products received are of high quality.

I would like to state first and foremost that, from my research and personal opinion, it seems MotsuToys handpicks the reviews it shows on its products page, refusing to publish reviews showing the flaws in their partners' products.

The reviews are also arranged in a way so that the main rating you will see before entering a product's page or the one you will see first on the page is a review based only on reviews published in your region/language. So less reviews are counted for the average rating they give the product (or, in most cases, the rating is calculated from only one or two "handpicked" -personal opinion- reviews, giving it a higher rating).

I encourage anyone that reads this to do their own research on MotsuToys' website and see for themselves.
I cannot link a datasheet here but it is easy to find out for yourself and compare MotsuToys reviews to other competitors. For context, MotsuToys has been founded in 2008 (16 years at the time of writing this), and most websites of its kind would receive the usual bad reviews (whether they are fair or not, as long as they are factual and respectful).

I have had to contact their customer service about this issue and have been given non-answers and the usual you'd expect from a company lacking transparency on its review system and its moderation. The problem has not been solved yet.

It is important to note that the views expressed here regarding MotsuToys' moderation and handling of its reviews are my views only (although shared by other customers on the internet), but if proven true, these issues are not permitted by some of their operating countries' customer code nor by european standard.

As for my direct experience with them I can only say that their customer service is unhelpful and abysmal when it comes to giving the actual answers you're looking for instead of the usual script they seem to go off of.

The products are bad quality and expensive. I will not mention competitors here out of respect, but a quick google search will lead you to more competent businesses in this domain. Some cheaper, some more expensive, but all better all around.

I ordered 2x items from them, they were delivered extremely quickly, well packaged in plain discreet packaging you wouldn't know what was in them. However upon eventually trying the items over the holidays and giving my honest reviews, 1 Item i gave 5 stars as it was great and the other Item i only gave a 1 star review and detailed why. They only published the 5 star review as reviews on their website are moderated. After looking through a lot of their items I only see 4 and 5 star reviews

bad experience all round. Very slow on sending out orders. No email comfirmation on tracking or to confirm item has been sent, or just to say there's a delay.

Took them over 2 months just to mail the order.

wont be using again. WIll be returning the items if I ever get them.

I've ordered from them several times in the past 3 years.
Bought three onaholes, one onahip, three onahole storage bags, onahole drying/heating sticks and lube.
Never had an issue - the products are good quality, the shipping was fast, and they often send out 15% discount codes via mail.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. First order didn't get through customs. They sent a replacement after an 'investigation', but I didn't get a tracking link. They've now stopped replying to my emails. They've taken my money but not delivered. Avoid.

Been using this company for a while now and the items they stock are much better quality than anything American made or English made. Japanese products are known for their quality and this is definitely evident. Items are shipped from Netherlands so if you live in the EU then there is no import or customs charges.

Items always arrive quickly, securely packaged and in plain boxes so no one knows the contents.

Will always use again as there are even points you earn the more you buy and can get discounts on further orders.
