NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! That’s the most important thing to understand. Your only remedy if you do not like the product is to pay a fee to return it and get store credit, which is worthless unless you want to buy something else from the same company. Don’t be fooled by marketing such as “easy returns” or “30 day returns“. I ordered two different styles of jeans, but neither fit as suggested in the advertisements (even the slim style was baggy in the seat). The fabric does have some stretch, but it has a flimsy cheap feel. Always check the reviews on Trust Pilot and the Better Business Bureau so you can avoid being stuck with products that you don’t want.

The size small tee I ordered is way to wide in the shoulders. I'm trying to return it for a refund to my credit card. I don't want a gift card. I'm a typical size S and would appreciate being able to return this item for a refund not a gift card. That's is what is best practice for internet purchases like Quince does, for example.

Quality, product and also the pa ts fits just amazing

I’ve spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how return these jeans. I can’t seem to be able to complete the return request. I can’t find any replacement jeans except slim fit. They will not work for me. HIW CAN I RETURN THIS PURCHASE??

I didn’t like the $40 month charge -there was no way of opting out right then.

I ordered a pair of Jeans amd a pair of Chino’s
The chino fit perfectly. The jeans were 2-4 longer than the chino and they were very baggy

I ordered two products the same size and also says so on the invoice yet I got 2 totally different fitting products. For the money. I would have expected a consistent size on bothe products.

I ordered a 6 pack of t-shirts. They looked and fit great out of the packaging so I washed them before wearing them for the 1st time. However after coming out of the washer / dryer the shirts shrunk significantly and now are tighter and shorter than is comfortable. I am 6'1", 187 lbs and ordered size L.

Easy to order. Prices reasonable. Delivery is fast.

I never received the jeans. Commissions seemed to go fine and I complied with request, sent photos etc…. Have not received anything.

I was sent the same order twice. Why? I was propted by a Moss & Bow text that my recent order was unfinished. I went to the website and followed through by repeating the order. Soon, two emails were received claiming that the two separate orders were about to be shipped. I telephoned and emailed immediately. Too late. Operator reported that items were already shipped. "To your credit," I said, "fast work." I tracked the order. The items weren't actually shipped until 48 hours later. When both orders arrived, I set up the return. However, your system would NOT let me get a refund--only credit for a future purchase. Your products are good--but I don't need anything now. I feel like you forced me into spending $200+ that I would not have spent. Questionable business practices, I think. Not sure I'll purchase again. I would prefer that you credit my account.

I like the high quality of the T shirt. And they last a long time. So you get your money's worth.

For a company selling premium t-shirts that are well priced, the logistics part could also see a premium upgrade. Shipments take too long!! maybe learn from Amazon, Best Buy, and even Walmart who have all upped their game. Product is great, the delivery piece terrible.

The user interface on your website is incredibly frustrating. The filter do not work. If I try to filer by size it still shows me items that are not in my size. It also shows items that are not in stock. The fact that you are an online store and cannot return items for a refund is crazy. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Easy to purchase with good discriptions and great quality

My initial experience with the Mott & Bow website was ok. Not stellar because I couldn’t tell which style would be best for me. There really wasn’t enough description for me to grasp which style I wanted. So I played it safe, picked a sorta everyday look (sorry I don’t remember the style name). They didn’t fit. The great thing was how the folks in customer service helped me get it right. They exchanged 2 pair of pants for me and I have ultimately got the right fit and right measurements for me. Great Team and process!

I really like Mott & Bow t’s. My favorite is the relaxed cropped tee, the only problem is the lack of colors! I so wish they would produce more colors as I would buy many more!! I also enjoy their website, very easy to manuever.
