I’m there a lot, and never have issues

I take fleet trucks for repair and service a lot for culina/stobarts and never have an issue,
Everyone’s always helpful and friendly,
A solution is always on hand,
Thy will go out their way to help you,

Needs a drinks machine,

Disappointed that Motus do not respond…

Disappointed that Motus do not respond to emails, despite stating a reply will be sent in 3 days. Despite 3 requests for a reply, sent over a period of more than a month, I am still waiting!

damaged my van

Wouldn’t recommend or use motus

Put my van into Motus Ayr on March 2023.
Gave them £3000 for repairs as it failed its MOT.
1 week later started to get a knocking noise,took it back into them to find out what the noise was.
I was told that the cv boot they fitted hadn’t been secured properly and had came off losing the lubricant and that’s why the noise was there.
2 weeks later a knocking noise reappears, I take it back into them to find out what noise is, I get told it’s a gearbox mount that’s making the noise.
I got told by manager that they have taken enough money off me and to take it to another garage.
I take it to another garage to have the mount fitted.
September 2023 I get EML on my dashboard.
The same lights that motus put out in March and did rear discs and pads and abs sensor.
Take my van back to motus for them to rectify and let them know they have it for 2 weeks as I’m getting married.
I go into Motus a week later as I was passing by coming back from my weeding the previous day to see how things were getting on.
Was told the van hadn’t been looked at as they got rid of their diagnostic equipment.
I had to take my van to a garage in Glasgow so that I could get the issue diagnosed.
They advise me that the handbrake cables are seized which has “fried” the abs sensor bringing on the abs light and traction control light.
While they were diagnosing the van, it was mentioned that they heard a knocking noise and they explained that the cv joint was starting to seize due to lack of lubrication.
I mentioned to them that back in March that it had a new cv boot and that it hadn’t been secured properly which had come off and then re secured.
They also advised me that it may require a drive shaft as the cv joint was starting to wear the drive shaft.
I’ve sent 3 emails to motus since September letting them know of the constant issues that have arisen but they have failed to call or email me to discuss this .

I would never recommend or use motus again as they have no customer service standards.
