Advertised prices not honoured

We booked and paid a deposit for 6 nights accommodation at Chalet Green Forest in May/ June. It is advertised on the website as is part of an “ongoing development… with the other three (properties) to complete over the coming months” (aka in a building site) and “it is offered at introductory rates”. We booked as thought it was a good price despite being in a building site. We received an email today telling us that they would cancel our booking as could not honour the advertised “introductory” price and offered to rebook at an increased price of almost 400%! Disappointing and unethical to say the least!
