The fact that in the end I got what I need from the problem and that I can say even tho it may have taken them a little bit of time before coming to a conclusion that I was satisfied with the outcome of the issue.

Good Experience

Mountain Interactive is a chill community. I bought the Gold package and I’ve had no problems with it. While I think the price could be slightly lower it’s worth every cent.

MI Review
After almost a whole year of interaction within MI, I can safely say that this community houses all kinds of good-hearted people (including its management). I've honestly enjoyed my stay there, and I highly recommend everyone to join and see if they like it for themselves, as we're definitely looking forward to seeing this company/community grow and thrive in numbers—especially considering that the management is forgiving to those who genuinely seem honest and are looking to correct their mistakes (speaking from experience).

Great Community

I'm huzzthief, I currently represent Mountain Interactive as a member of the Volunteer Program, and I have been in the community for over 2 years. Unlike other games, those getting started receive outstanding service from volunteers & staff, and when it comes to assistance calls, the response time is top tier, along with the help provided with it. As apart of the volunteer program, there's a plenty of different topics to explore and cover to build your experience with community moderation & engagement.

A number of other communities tend to get too far ahead of themselves and appear as egotistical and often believe that staff are more valuable than members, but here at MI, everyone is treated equally with respect and everyone is just here to have fun. If you're looking for a community with great engagement qualities, and an immersive roleplay experience, Mountain Interactive is a great choice.

Honest Review

Starting back in November I joined this community not knowing what to expect, joining LA to see what it's all about and if its just another DOJ:RP game all over again, stealing inserts and maps making the game less enjoyable for everyone because it was all stolen and not unique, I walked around LA with a clueless face on not knowing what the hell to do and just looking at how everyone roleplays and takes the game if they take it serious or if they just mess around and ruin the experience for everybody. Joining Mountain Interactive really showed me what hard work and dedication to that work does for a community, these guys devote their developing skills to this game and damn near perfected it to the dot. I loved the game so much I became a staff member and devoted my time here to climb the ranks and make as many friendships as I could, and 3 months later I can say I achomplished that task, this group is so worth it and the community makes it even more worth it and especially worth your time. Trust me when I say this if you play our games for a few days in a row, you'll be hooked and never want to leave. I hope this review reaches many and let's people know what to expect before joining, it is 100% worth it. A+ Mountain Interactive

Killer here again

So, I have made MANY mistakes with this group before and have gotten in trouble a lot. But MI is always willing to give you a second chance and hope to see you progress to be a better person. They are also super nice with bans and give you a bunch of warnings before they take action, they are also a super cool and fun community as they are always looking out for the players and making updates 24/7. Love MI!!!!

Mountain Interactive Review

I've been apart of MI for a little while now. During this time I've had amazing interactions with both community and staff members. Additionally I also had the privilege to run Internal Affairs for the Volunteer Staff Team which presented many challenges that we were able to face as a team and work together to overcome. The community is engaging and an enjoyable place to interact with others and relax.

I believe that the development team has seen a big improvement recently, with all the new members and the quality of the updates they're pushing out. Personally, i would like to see more development put into the LAFD, including its station, gear and apparatus! Little things like the gear is still bring glitched and free-to-play members joining is making the department unenjoyable to play on. Additionally, in-game the station lacks in calls/jobs to do. Bringing an updated version of the old automatic fires would be a nice thing to have, maybe adding a tool or system of some sort that allows people to start fires, along with expanding the range of medical calls we can go on.. Maybe adding NPC calls or allowing users to work in the hospital to take care of patients who are admitted would be a cool idea.

I also feel as though moderators could take a more thorough/detailed approach to handling reports of community members both in-game and via the website. Taking a step back and reviewing all their gathered information or asking a colleague for a second opinion could help to minimize incorrect punishments/actions.

Its been a pleasure to be apart of this community for so long and I'm very excited to see how MI is going to grow as a community this year!!

MI Review

I have been in the Mountain Interactive community for about 4 years now, and they have some great games. They hire staff that knows what they're doing, and treats members with respect. Giveaways are often hosted, and given extra to people that miss out! There are community meetings for members to give feedback, what they would like to see or not want to see as the game regularly gets updated by amazing developers. 5/5 Amazing Experience!

SirDarkXIV's Experience with Mountain Interactive

I've been part of Mountain Interactive’s volunteer staff team for 234 days now, starting as a Moderator and working my way up to Senior Administrator. In that time, I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated MI is to creating a safe, innovative, and well-managed community. They don’t just build games—they build experiences, and they do it better than anyone else.

Their two flagship games, Perris and Los Angeles, set the standard for realistic roleplay on Roblox. No other game comes close to the level of detail and functionality MI provides for both law enforcement and civilian roleplayers. The tools, the mechanics, and the attention to detail all make for an experience that feels incredibly real.

What really makes MI stand out, though, is how they treat their staff. A lot of companies say they value their team, but MI actually proves it. They listen, support, and respect their staff in a way that makes a difference. David (the CEO) is a huge part of that—he genuinely cares about this community, and you can see it in how he interacts with both staff and players. Victor (the COO) deserves a lot of credit too—his calm and level-headed leadership has helped MI grow tremendously over the past few months.

On the development side, Ash (Chief Development Officer) has done an incredible job leading the dev team. His scripting knowledge and leadership have shaped MI’s games into what they are today. ErrorCezar has played a massive role in getting Los Angeles and Perris to their current state, bringing incredible roleplay opportunities to the community. cxiqlne also deserves recognition—his past work was a key reason MI has grown so much, and even though he had to step away for personal reasons, his contributions are still felt. haydz6 is another talented developer whose recent addition to the MI Corporate dev team has set new goals and standards for the community.

Beyond the development side, Redacted (Jalock) has been making a huge difference in the staff team, improving the environment for moderators and securing well-deserved incentives for the team. His efforts have made the staff experience even better. Snipe_Sniper also played a major role in reshaping and restructuring the staff team, setting the foundation for what it could be and what it’s going to be. With MI’s growth and expansion, his contributions have been essential in making the staff team more efficient and prepared for the future.

Len is old.

oitz is a great guy—funny as hell, hardworking, and a key player in MI’s success. His vehicles have added a whole new level of immersion for both law enforcement and civilian roleplayers across all MI titles.

Mountain Interactive isn’t just another Roblox company. It’s a community that keeps pushing boundaries, improving, and making sure everyone involved—players and staff alike—gets the best experience possible. I’m proud to be a part of it, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

what do i put here

The community is pretty chill overall, assuming you aren't stupid. The games are locked behind a lot of paywalls, but luckily they offer whitelist options for both games. The moderation is kind of bad though. Even with the new !help system, moderators still tend to not respond to peoples help calls, or will instantly close them without following up. I feel that's the biggest issue. The corporate team is pretty chill. They are also very welcoming in their moderations and appeals, given I've been banned permanently twice (2022 and 2024) and was able to appeal both of them.
