Product details

This amazing plant is hardy to all temperate zones but thrives at high elevation in the temperate north. Arnica provides the basis for many homeopathic remedies, oil infusions, compresses, and salves. Press seeds into spongy potting soil and keep evenly moist and cool until germination. This light dependent germinator will often take a couple of weeks to sprout. Work up in pots before transplanting to acidic soil in full sun leaving at least two feet between the plants.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Daniel. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your Arnica Seeds to germinate. Arnica can be tricky to grow, as it prefers very specific conditions and is sensitive to variables such as humidity and altitude. It can take the seeds up to three weeks to germinate, and they are small and slow-growing at first.

I did take a look at your order, and I see that it was delivered on May 2nd, so they may just need a bit more time. With that said, I have forwarded your information to our Claims & Returns Team, and they will be following up with you directly.

Additionally, all of our herbal garden seeds come from our friends at Strictly Medicinal Seeds, and Richo has a great article specifically about growing Arnica, which you can find here: https://blog.strictlymedicinalseeds.com/info-and-tips-on-growing-arnica/ All our best ~ Millie
