A member of the mustard family, horseradish is known for its hot and pungent flavor. The root is typically prepared as a condiment and served alongside proteins, stews, or roasted vegetables. Our horseradish powder is milled from Armoracia rusticana roots. Horseradish root powder can be added to herbal vinegars, honeys, sauces, and condiments. Dried horseradish is typically rehydrated when used in a culinary setting, and this mixture is generally twice as strong as using fresh material.
