This is my first time ever using a double-blade chopper. The concept is good, however, my salad greens get stuck in-between the blades. If anyone has a tip, I'd be happy to hear it. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out with your feedback, Bett! Using a new kitchen tool can certainly take a bit of practice to perfect. A mezzaluna chopper is designed to cut using a forward and backward rocking motion, instead of the typical up-and-down chopping motion you would use with a knife. While dry material is ideal, to help prevent fresh herbs and lettuces from sticking onto and between the blades of the Mezzaluna Chopper, you can coat the blades with a thin layer of neutral oil, such as olive oil. Chopping small handfuls at a time can also help prevent material from becoming wedged between the blades.
