Our mushroom support capsules blend beneficial botanicals with some of our favorite wellness supporting fungi. Our brain blend uses cordyceps and lion’s mane mushrooms, as well as other brain-boosting herbs like ginkgo to support overall cognitive health* and brahmi.
Ingredients per 500 mg capsule: Organic cordyceps mycelia, organic ginkgo leaf, organic lion’s mane fruiting body and mycelia, organic gotu kola aerial portion, organic bacopa (brahmi) aerial portion, organic rhodiola root, organic rosemary leaf, organic turmeric root, organic pullulan "0" size capsules, and organic myceliated brown rice.
Directions: Take 2 capsules with water once a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

This seems to be supporting my memory & thinking. I like things that work as advertised.
This product has changed my life! I cannot explain how amazing this is! I started taking it and realized about two weeks later that I was so much more focused and getting things done! I have always struggled with ADD a bit, I'm often unfocused, have brain fog or freeze from too many ideas but often have trouble executing, either getting started or finishing. I realized it was making a difference because my family pointed out that I was getting so much done, getting things organized, and doing the projects I wanted to do but wouldn't start. I never once felt like I was taking something either. It doesn't have a caffeine boost type feeling at all, just a subtle, sustained focus and energy to do things and keep going. This herbal blend was exactly what my brain needed! I just ordered more for me and some for my adult son and daughter because they too have these issues and they see how it is helping me.
