Grown in China, snow dragon white tea is a refreshingly light brew with notes of peaches and white grapes. With gentle hints of grasses and a smooth finish this tea develops beautifully as the hand-rolled buds unfurl with each pour. This tea is quite unique in its creation, it is grown and harvested as a green tea, but is then processed the same way as a white tea. This combination results in an intriguing flavor and aroma. Contains caffeine. Aroma and Flavor Snow dragon tea carries the light aroma of pistachios and the soft sweetness of fruit. The flavor follows with gentle grassy notes and hints of peaches, and white grapes. Brewing Suggestions Add 1 tsp. of tea to infuser of choice and place in cup. Pour 8 fl. oz. of boiling water over the tea. Let steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength.

Very weak flavor and scent

Great Taste

One of the more attractive and delicious green teas I have had. I am eager to try more of the green teas in the catalogue after tasting this. Visually very pretty, as well.

First time trying and I’m impressed. Green tea, very refined, less is more, or use the same leaves for a second or third cup. Flavor is subjective but to me this is a stimulating astringent tea with a minimal taste of tannin, just the right combination that makes for sipping pleasure. No grass notes. Very light color to the brew, call it Snow Dragon. I use a small Gaiwan pot and use less than the label suggests. The leaves stay on the bottom and there is no need to strain.

It tastes like dragon kissed snow on a cold autumn day. The flavor is smooth and subtle and is a pleasure to imbibe.
