Harvested for only 2-3 days each spring, white silver needle is one of the rarest and finest teas in the world. Silver needle tea is cultivated and handpicked in China’s Fujian region and immediately dried, allowing for a minimal amount of processing. In the higher elevations of the Fujian region the cooler air limits the amount of pests, with the mists of the passing clouds kissing the tea leaves. Made from the tender buds on the tea plant, the finished buds are reduced to a needle-like tea covered with tiny white fuzzy hairs. Available in 1.9 oz. retail jar, 2.3 oz. retail tin, and 1 lb. size.

Crisp with a subtle floral aroma, it is matched with a clean, unadulterated flavor.
Brew Instructions Add 1 teaspoon of tea to a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.

This product is one of my favorites, as I have a passion for a really good quality White Tea. So light, smooth and full of lovely goodness.
This may be my favorite white. I just bought a jar, but will be ordering a bulk amount next order I send in. I've had white silver needles from a few other places and really liked them, but this is the best. Works especially well gong-fu infusion style.
