Very good, basic mower. Easy to manoeuvre and use generally. Good cut. Delivery excellent. On time, found our countryside property easily. Delivery person very knowledgeable and helpful

I've given it a low star at the moment because when it was eventually delivered after a long wait the season for cutting was over . The battery was flat two days after delivery so I've not even been able to start it up , I had ordered and paid for a charger from the people who delivered to be delivered the same time but as of yet it hasn't arrived as they said they are waiting on stock
The machine is excellent. Two “safety” features that have been introduced since the construction of my old one (same model) are a nuisance. 1. The button one has to press to reverse is not necessary, and is difficult to use, needing three hands, one for that, one for the steering wheel and one for the gear lever. 2. The extra plastic covering underneath makes it difficult to remove twigs, grass etc lodged there when job finished and cleaning. I cut my hand on it on this one (minor cut), which never happened with the old machine. But a good machine
