At the heart of this self-propelled petrol mower is a reliable STIGA ST140 Autochoke engine that drives the 41cm wide cutting blade - giving your lawn the perfect finish. Grass clippings are collected in the handy 55-litre canvas hard top collector complete with 'bag full' indicator. Other features include a rear roller for laying down those all important stripes and a robust steel chassis in Mountfield red! All backed by a 5 year extended warranty (T&C's apply) for added peace of mind. The S421R PD roller mower is an excellent choice for small gardens.

I’m not sure about the product as it wasn’t received by Stiga Ltd.. Do not purchase from this company. We ordered it on the 29th April and they promised a refund however still hasn’t been received . We are now raising a dispute through PayPal, and then will go citizen advice if that doesn’t work. If you have to buy this product or a Stiga product maybe buy it with a credit card and pray that it turns up and if not hope that the credit card team can dispute and you can get a refund back

Machine is fine but there were no assembly instructions in the box thus I gave only 4 stars

I had a ‘Mountfield ‘ mower over 30 years ago and it never let me down. I’m sure this new one will be the same , a great machine at a competitive price .

Great value for money lawnmower. It’s no Honda but it’s a third of the price. Reasonably straight forward to set up from the box. The hardest part was attaching the grass collection bag to the metal frame. My only grumble is the lawnmower does not come with a bottle of engine oil, so you have to source some prior to use.

Currently in for repair after 3 weeks from new. On 1st cut the drive cable failed. Repaired by deliverer following day. On week 3 from new the the drive cable snapped. Other than that, very good.
