I bought and paid for a new Mower on the 10 May it arrived damaged so a collection was arranged for the faulty mower , they couldn't give me a date for a replacement so a refund was agreed. It's now 21st June and I still have NOT had the refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered . I think this company are just box shifters and dont care about customer service at all. Looks like I will have to go to the small claims court to recover my £450 still owed to me.

A very easy to use mower . Being a lady of a certain age I wanted something not to heavy , but also wanted quality , I get amazing stripes on my lawn .. very happy with my purchase .

Used twice then it broke and the blade was chipped!!! Had to have a new boss fitted. The blade needed sharpening the blade had to be balanced. So spent another £178 for that work. No where near the quality of our old Mountfield!! Sadly I wouldn’t be surprised if the problem happens again I just have a worrying feeling about it with it breaking within 3 weeks of owning it! Sorry for my rant
