What a complete joke

What a complete joke! NO STAR! I had a hole in my back tooth, so I’ve rang the 111 dental health emergency, they advised me to see a dentist in Morley. The Morley dentist took an X-Ray and advised me to get a root canal. I’ve eventually managed to get a NHS dentist UNFORTUNATELY is Pocklington. I went to see them traveled from Leeds to York YO42. This dentist TRIED to take an x-Ray, but there x-Ray machine DID NOT WORK! Haha! Instead I had to show the Morley x-Ray on my phone. This dentist looked and said, you cannot save the tooth. As I am the customer, I have a right to exercise my consumer right. I wanted them to refer me to get a root canal, 3 weeks no response! I had to ring and chase up on the referral. Eventually 4-5 weeks later, Harrogate dentist rang, but I was not sure about the procedure that he had explained. Please be careful this Farooq guy he was saying, he would take your teeth out, then cut into your gum, then you will bleed alot and then he will glue your teeth back on. Then he told me, he rang from his own mobile and don’t use this number. I thought it was very strange, if you are a professional dentist, you should call from the practice phone number to record all the calls, but Farooq did it on a sly. Giving false information to the patient. After that I left it for awhile. Later on 4 WHOLE MONTHS LATER, I WAS IN IN EXCRUCIATING TOOTH PAIN, I rang 111 explained, they said I could ask Pocklington to do a new referral, but they refused. I got back in touch with this Harrogate dental practice, told the receptionist on what Farooq said. Eventually this Farooq guy rang me on 10th September 2025 on his mobile again. He completely turned the story around and denied he didn’t say what he had said on his first call to myself. This time he was explaining it completely different. This Farooq guy said, he will ask his staff to call me to arrange an appointment. Today is 16th September 2025, still no sign of his staff calling me to arrange an appointment.
Enduring the long term tooth pain, I eventually had to take the back tooth out! I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THIS SHAMBLE DENTIST PRACTICE! KARMA WILL COME BACK AROUND! PLEASE DON’T GO WITH THIS HARROGATE DENTIST!
