I have used Mouseprice for many years and found the portal excellent. I now see that PropertyHeads have now bought the portal off Landmark. The portal is now useless and does not work as it previously did. So Mr. Ben Davis CEO PropertyHeads please restore the portal to it's previous excellent service otherwise, like many of the other reviewers I shall look elsewhere for valuations. A big 👎

Waste of time now, can't log in, valuations erratic, adverts popping up all the time you can't even access the info that's there. Shame as it was really good

I used to tell people to ignore the other valuation sites and use mouseprice as it was pretty darn accurate and good to use imo.

Its not useable now. Prices are ridiculous, site is buggy, can't login, can't reset password the list goes on.

Don't waste your time.

I joined mouseprice in 2008 and it’s valuation of my house and houses we had looked at prior to buying this one were always pretty accurate and I have kept a check on it over the years. My house is now apparently worth a couple of hundred thousand less. I am also glad to see that I am not the only one who has found this.

Used to be great. Nothing works anymore. Can't use any menu items (404 errors) won't search. Ads everywhere and unusable. No searching by no of beds etc.

Why would someone buy a company that is great and change its product so its completely non functional and ruin their investment.

If I could give it Nil I would, my place dosent even register anymore nor does my Dad's place.. They used to.. Like all things that start off well someone thinks they know better and totally f**ks it up.. As has been said, if it ain't broke leave it alone..

Had email from lovely chap explaining what's going on / planned etc which you can't fault so up to 4*. 5* waiting for when the final tweaks have been done 👌. Will be good to get it back to what it used to be or as close to it as possible

How the mighty have fallen. This was once a fantastic and accurate site. The information on it now is completely wrong, I don't know what happened to their old algorithms, but the new one clearly don't work. Both the property and rental estimates are way off. My previous login details don't work, even resetting the password doesn't work. Makes me question the security of the website because no attention was paid to the functionality. Can't find any where to contact the owners of this site.

THIS WAS SUCH A VERY USEFUL TOOL FOR MY BUSINESS NOW IT IS COMPLETLY USELESS. I AGREE WITH ALL THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS. THERE IS A FAMOUS SAYING 'IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIXIT' BUT YOU HAVE AND TOTALLY MESSED IT UP.

I've tried this website again and now it seems not to work at all. Additionally, in attempting to log in, my antivirus package blocked it, telling me it had been directed to a phishing site. A once very useful tool is clearly no more.

However, I now understand that the website is in the process of being re-established and appears to be working. My anti-virus software no longer dislikes it either.

Mouseprice house valuations pay absolutely no account to any property development. A two bed bungalow could be converted into a 6 bed top of the range detached mansion and Mouseprice still values is as two bed bungalow. Totally useless.

Mouseprice used to be the best site for looking up recent sale prices. Today it looks different and my user account no longer works. I checked and I hear it has been taken over. The new owners seem to have ruined it. Searching for my postcode now shows prices from 2013 only.

This website used to be good but it has fallen by the wayside. The information is grossly inaccurate and there appears to be no way to update information or request it is changed.

Used this website all the time to update myself on valuations. The last few months it is completely useless. This was a great website - such a shame. SORT IT OUT MOUSEPRICE.

Your site was a good tool for professionals. Now it is totally useless. SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!!

What on earth happened to this site?

It used to be really useful. Now the old links stopped working, and the valuations are completely off. A property sold 5 months for 390,000 is valued at 120,000 ?!

This site used to be useful, now it is completely non-functional. You cant even perform a search which is surely its primary purpose. I suggest you throw the new site away entirely and restore the old one which worked.
