Great concept but...
Great concept but the app itself doesn't work. Trying to send a message in-app to an agent doesn't appear to work, but then must do because I mysteriously get a call an hour or so later?? Lack of support - they use intercom which is an instant messaging service however the responses take hours to come though, and then the advice (to log out and in again) doesn't resolve the issue.

Has potential but needs a lot of work.
App looks good compared to others that do the same. Can never get through when I try to call about a property, as it automatically goes to voicemail (which isn’t monitored).
Would love to see a bit more attention paid to support, after contacting them it took 2 days to reply – knowing how quickly the London property market moves, Movebubble need to be a lot quicker - I’d expect a reply in an hour at max and for customer support to be available on the weekends, too.
