Total scam of a company

This has been the most frustrating experience. There’s been over 30 emails back and forth about the issue with the game stick I purchased that stopped working not long after I purchased it. They used the same reply every time about the “concerned team” looking into it. After months and numerous videos I’ve sent them at their request showing proof, their latest reply last night is that they’re unable to reissue one now because my order is now “quite old”. You wont be able to call them either because their number doesn’t work. I’ve saved all the emails and will be contacting consumer affairs.
Total avoidance and delayed tactics from this scam of a company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Do not by from the Moviehub website, it's a scam!

I received my RetroX GamerBoy and the faulty battery will not charge properly. the screen went black after 2 weeks so I cant use it at all.
I've emailed over 20 times and each time they responded politely saying the team will come to a resolution and to contact them again if i jeed further asistance. After getting the same response 20 times I finally got one email back saying if I wanted to return it's at my own cost.
I said that's fine so please send me the details of how to return. And the same cycle began again. I've sent 6 emails asking them for details on how to return and refund and they are not replying.
Return information is not on their website and the phone number just rings out.
I now advised them I will be seeking consumer law legal action and they have blocked me.
On their site it says 30 day money back garentee if not satisfied and my product is faulty.
This is a scam.

BLOCKED ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

They claim they are an Australian business with 5-8 days Australia post delivery. It took two weeks to arrive. The item arrived at 2:55am via a company called Micro express.
Item upon inspection was broken. I immediately emailed them and they asked for video proof so I did. They didn't respond so I went to instagram where they proceeded to block me. So I went to Facebook and they blocked me there too! I've sent countless emails and I've still not received a resolution. Afterpay has been contacted aswell as business affairs and after doing some digging I cannot find their abn so I will be contacting the Ato aswell. Scammers! DO NOT BUY

Absolute rubbish company

Absolute rubbish company. Low quality, over charged then promised a 30 days money back guarantee, told me to send it back to them shipping at my expense which was fine then once delivered back to them, completely ghosted me and didn’t return the product or money back. Don’t waste your time with this fake brand and scam company

Not an Australia company

It's a company claiming to be owned and run out of gold coast Australia.
Shipping came from an unnamed international source and it took over 2 weeks. Don't bother it's no better than what's on ebay.

Purchased Retro Gamerboy

Purchased Retro Gamerboy. Product on website and url in invoice linked to a product which was not what I received.
Website states a thirty day return policy of which I executed immediately upon delivery, but Moviehub will not accept that the product advertised was not the product I received. Do not trust this seller.

Fantastic Experience

I read the TrustPilot reviews *after* registering on the MoveHub website and thought I had made a big mistake! However my experience was excellent, so I just wanted to share it as a counterpoint to some of the other reviews that are on here. MoveHub responded with two companies who promptly emailed me (no phone calls). One was super helpful and basically said that my job would be too expensive for what they do, since they cater to bigger moves. The other was able to do my move for a great price. I thought that what I wanted to do was complicated (ship boxes from my parents' house overseas to where I live now, even though I've lived abroad for 25 years). Yet a week after paying I have all of my boxes, and for a price that was lower than even the cheapest sea freight price I could find beforehand.

Bad experience

Incorrect items packed in spite of clear instructions. Mixed up items and just threw them into drawers at destination. Light fittings damaged in transit. General lack of respect for personal possessions. Very poor communication skills. Could not wait for them to leave and finish unpacking myself when it became clear it was not a well managed or executed service.

Absolute disaster - Fraudulent service

Absolute disaster from the day it was picked up. I was told a first time back in July that the shipment was loaded, on time so I was happy. At that point, they started not to respond to the phone nor emails. One week after, after litterally harassing their phones, I was told by email that the shipment would be loaded the week after. We were already 10 days late to respect the date of delivery planned to France. Starting 28th July, no more news, no email, no pick up. The few times i managed to trick them by calling from another number, I was hung up or told they were in a meeting and hung up. As I was tracking the shipment based on the info they gave me, I saw that the boat was another 12 days late. Can't blame them for that of course but trying to reach them to get an update. Septmber 10 they sent me an email saying the boat had delays when it actually showed it arrived at port 6 days before. I called them 72 times in a row from 4 different numbers. In the meantime, I raised an official complaint with the DED in Dubai. I was finally sent an email yesterday saying the shipping company made a mistake in the boat reference, that it only left Septmber 1st and that it will arrive in Europe at the earliest on October 9th, with no apologies nor any other explanation. My family and I have been litterally camping in an empty apartment since August 20th. Unacceptable. Will take a complaint to the Police, them to court and will open a website where all people who have encountered bad service with them will be able to put their details so we organize a class action unless they compensate. Stay tune, I will send the link on that review website.

Don’t do it

Don’t do it! Fraudulent comes to mind!

All lip service until you pay the deposit then it’s game over. We have a number of damaged expensive items, photo shared, all information requested was given and then we played a game of them adding something new to the list to avoid paying the claim.The insurance claim is still outstanding as the management are yet to reply. After multiple messages. We have been given excuses of new management to look into and then nothing!

We paid for an item to be fumigated this was not done.
Happy to share the so called management responses with anyone that is in doubt of how bad this company is! I could write a small book on how they have cheated us! Additional expenses, not true to their word, not responding to emails, cheating Australian bio security …..Not sure why it shows 2stars when I clicked 1! If I could give negative star rating that would be more accurate!

Buyer Beware use Move Hub at your own Risk. They will lie about the prices they quote you and yes there are Hidden Fees I spent 5000 aed extra in hidden fees Don't bother with the insurance because it means nothing at you items are not insured even if you pay for it. They are the most unprofessional moving company I have ever used. When my shipment Finally did come to my Home Address I had to hire another Moving company locally to deliver it to my home. So for months it sat in a warehouse. Move Hub did nothing at all to help they got their money they were done. So once again I say Buyer beware and I will continue my message on whats app let make Move Hub go Viral

If you love lots of phone calls and time wasting then go ahead

I thought they would take my details and then email me with one quote which was the best suited to me.
Instead I recieved 3 calls within 5 mins. 5 emails. Too much information, I didn't want to be called to be asked the information that I had already filled in the original quote form. Wasting my time, Annoying phone calls.

I did not use this service to move.
