DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What an awful experience. I was abused, called names, from this incompetent and inconsiderate person - trying to get a dog transported again by this organisation that went out of their way to suggest I was a liar along with name calling. He was just horrible - god knows what happens to the pets with such an uncaring individual - please don't use this service - he has left me shaking, intimidated, scared and I felt in his tone he would like to hurt me. He certainly came across a woman hater. Perhaps if a man rings he would be ok.
