I’ve used this company twice. The removers were great, very professional but also friendly, and treated everything with care. The first time, things didn’t pan out with our sale but Donna was extremely patient and understanding while we tried to get things resolved. On the second occasion we didn’t get the keys to our new house until after 5pm but there was no extra charge and we still got moved in on the day with no fuss. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Moving Home Made Easy three times now. They will always be my first option. They are experienced, careful, and no matter what you ask of them it's never any bother to them. Plus Donna in Admin is very helpful.

Really impressed with the thorough, efficient and friendly service offered by Moving Home Made Easy. I requested a quotation for a move from Aysrhire to the Highlands via the online form; MHME were able to carry out a home survey within two days and although I was the classic awkward customer, unable to provide a date or specific address for the proposed move, I received a reasonable and very detailed quote less than 48 hours after that. All my questions were answered in a clear, warm and courteous manner too. I would strongly recommend Moving Home Made Easy.

With limited time due to work and personal commitments, we were concerned about how we would manage to pack and move to our new home within the time frame. We paid for the full packing option with Moving Home Made Easy.
Throughout the entire process, they were easily contactable, worked with us to ensure the plan worked for all parties, and everyone we spoke to was helpful, friendly and professional.
The day of the pack was just prior to the move, to ensure we were ready for the day. The team worked swiftly and carefully, ensuring all our belongings were protected and cared for. This included sentimental art and a piano. At this point we were already very impressed.
The day of the move, which would usually be rushed and stressful, we sat outside in the sunshine with a book, to ensure we were out of the way, while the team cleared our old home!
As soon as we had our keys we let the team know, and they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was where we wanted it. My piano was moved in a way to protect not only the instrument, but the flooring of our home. They even carefully reassembled our furniture so we were left with everything where we wanted and leaving us only the relatively easy task of unpacking!

From engaging with the home visit to our new home having everything in, we cannot fault anyone of the team. They were friendly, professional, careful and efficient at all points of the move. We are thrilled and should we ever move again, would never dream of packing ourselves - we would use Moving Home Made Easy every time.

I had the contents of my house in storage for a year and a half and throughout the process, Donna, the office administrator, was extremely helpful in answering any queries. As far as the date of removal went, the day was seamless. The moving crew arrived on time and were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them! Apart from a couple of very minor breakages with which I had no issue, I would have no hesitation in recommending MHME to family and friends- in fact I have already done so! I am planning a second removal during the summer months and HHME will be my ‘first port of call’.

Seemless extremely easy stress free process. Have used 3 times including storage. Guys part packed .zero damage ./kitchen .would absolutely use again and highly recommend 👌 10/10 service excellent communication 👏

This removal company was brilliant. From Donna in the office to Mark & Derek who did my removal. They arrived 1st thing & got straight to work. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I had to wait for my keys, there was no problem & no extra charge.

Moving Home Made Easy were true to their name. From the initial quote through to the last box, the whole team at MHME helped make my move stress-free.

Donna was very responsive and helpful with all email enquiries I had, and arranged for me to collect packing materials from their offices. During the home survey, Alan explained everything very clearly and I was reassured that move was in safe hands.

On the day of delivery, the movers (Mark and Alec, I think) arrived at the expected time and went straight to work. Both were very friendly. They were incredibly careful of my belongings and respectful of my property. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they loaded and unloaded everything.

Nothing was marked or damaged. I would recommend MHME to all of my friends and family who are moving.

I moved from Glasgow to the Highlands a few days ago. From the start Moving made easy were miles above their competitors. I got a really competitive quote and the service from then on was outstanding. Donna, was great throughout the process and always quick to respond to my changes or queries. I moved over two days (one night in storage) and I had the same team -Mark and Alex who were brilliant. They were friendly, efficient, professional and boy did they work!!!!
