We recently used MHME for my mother’s downsize and used both the packing and removal service - I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. From the initial enquiry with Donna through to the home survey to assess the amount of stuff to be moved to the actual packing and removal on the day, the customer service was fantastic – everyone was competent, friendly, polite and reassuring. Special kudos to the packing /removal team on the day who while working in the middle of a stressful situation remained friendly, good humoured and calm! I cannot recommend enough.

Donna organised my daughter's home move perfectly. On the day the move went as planned. Writing this a couple of months later just to note my appreciation. Highly recommended.

If you are planning a house removal there is no better company than Removals Made Easy in Giffnock, Glasgow. The entire team including Donna in the office and Alan the surveyor are professional, very hard working and a credit to their company. They packed our belongings one day then delivered and unloaded them the next day. Their communication is excellent so you know that everything is in hand at each stage of the move. They were punctual and worked incredibly hard to load and unload. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Their work was carried out with patience and care which reassured us that our belongings were in very safe hands. Thank you to the whole team, you all go above and beyond in your roles.

From initial visit for a quote through to the actual move, I found the team at Moving Home Made Easy helpful and professional. Costs were clear and when my original house purchase fell through, they were completely flexible in changing the date and some of my requirements. On the move day, the team were relaxed and calm, which was helpful as it is a stressful time but I could see they were used to it all. A delay in the keys to new property being handed over made it a long day but there were no complaints and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Hoping not to be moving again in the near future but if I do I would definitley use MHME again!

Extremely polite, quick, accommodating and very professional packing service. Everyone in the team is fantastic and great at communication which made our move so easy. Alan was fantastic is explaining and organising everything for us. They were recommended to us and I would recommend them easily to anyone else.

Really fast and efficient guys, got everything done just as you'd want!

Moving homes made easy, this was a very stressfree experience from start to finish. David had came round and had a look at the items I was taking and gave me a quote. Any questions/queries with the staff were dealt with promptly. One the day of moving the removal guys were absolutely fantastic, extremely efficient, incredibly friendly, polite, nothing was a bother for them and they put furniture/boxes where I wanted them. I cant recommend them enough. They made the whole process less stressful during what was a very stressful day. Would definitely recommend Moving homes made easy to anyone.

Beware! I chose them because of consistently excellent reviews, but I advise you to read the small print in the contract, rather than going by what they say. They advised me to not transport my guitar by car. Why? because they said they ‘were insured.’ My guitar came out of their van broken inside its case, as if the case had fallen from a height. Turns out that according to the small print it was NOT INSURED. There ends the first part of the story. But they made it worse. They and their insurers dismissed my claim. They said the guitar must have been ‘already damaged’ (?). Over a period of months they argued with me over the claim. AS IF I WAS insured. They allowed me to argue the claim with themselves, with their insurance company, with the Insurance Ombudsman and with The insurance Regulator. During this time they offered me inadequate compensation from the company itself. I refused this as I was sure my claim was supported by the facts of the circumstances. Only at the end of this period of months I was told my guitar had NEVER been insured…….because it was myself and not they who had put it in its case before it went into the van!!!! This condition was indeed in the small print which I had not read. I had naively taken them at their word.,…..at a cost of over eight hundred pounds.

We were very impressed with the removal. Nothing was a bother and the whole went very smoothly. I highly recommend this company to ease the stress of moving home.
