1. Had all paperwork and paid invoice by 8th Nov 24.
2. Collect Devizes and deliver to Spain not before 7th Jan.
3. Phoned 28th of Nov. We have a vehicle in your area can we pick. I said no its too soon.
4. Phoned and asked can we pick up 19th. I confirmed yes.
5. Phoned on 19th Dec to say van broken. Promised to call back but did not. I then phoned next morning and was told pick up 2nd Jan.
6. Picked up OK. Driver great.
7. E-mail to say bike would be on 1st trip out on 13th Jan 2025. Not impressed with that timescale.
8. E-mailed again on 13th Jan, no reply.
9. Bike went via Holland to Barcelona.
10. Arrived Barcelona late 17th Jan.
11. Told delivery would be 2/3 days usually.
12. Finally told delivery would be 23rd Jan. Waited in all day, having chased got an answer at 17.30 that it would be coming next day.
13. Finally delivered.
14. I got hold of the owner of this business and Shippio. I don't think it would have got to me when it did had I not created. Giles, the owner, even said they never give a schedule, even after having paid a wedge of money.

In summary, got the money, my bike and can't be bothered to let me know what's happening. Need to get the bike back when we return not using this shower.

First class service driver was very careful on loading my Vespa 90 SS going to America.Speaking to office the girls very polite and nothing was to much trouble.when and if l need transportation again know who to ring.Great Job by all

Amazing service! They moved my 9 bikes all the way from Manchester to Cornwall. They were incredibly helpful and professional, and took great care of my bikes. He also took all my chocks and covers and was very friendly to talk to. Would definitely use again!! 😁👍🏻

I have used Moving Motorcycles a couple of times now and on both occasions have found them to be professional, good value, trust worthy and efficient. The drivers are real motorcycle enthusiasts who care about the safe delivery of your motorcycle. I can strongly recommend them.

We have had an excellent service from Moving Motorcycles and would highly recommend them.

We were on holiday in the south of France and, for various reasons, decided to have our BMW K1300R and RnineT transported home to the UK rather than riding back up the motorways in the cold, wet weather. We called Moving Motorcycles and asked if they could pick them up 2 weeks hence and we gave a 3 day window for the pick up, returning them to us in the UK at a time to suit the Company. We also asked if they could take our helmets, tank bags and two canoe rolls.

They came back to us straight away and said yes to all and we were quickly provided with a quotation which was competitive and reasonable when considering the cost of riding both bikes back home (there aren’t many other official motorcycle transporters around and we didn’t want to entrust the bikes to a 'man with a van' and no experience!).

We were waiting for an update on the exact pick up date but were slightly concerned when we didn’t hear anything further from Moving Motorcycles for over a week. This caused us a slight anxiety. But when we finally spoke with someone in the office, a misunderstanding was identified. To their absolute credit, the problem was sorted out very quickly and the bikes were picked up within the timeframe that we had requested.

Graham, who came to pick the bikes up, kept us informed about when he would be arriving and he was right on time. He had a lifetime of experience handling motorcycles and was warm, professional and friendly. We received detailed paperwork to support the ongoing journey of the bikes.

We had told Moving Motorcycles that we were in no particular hurry for delivery so the bikes spent just under 2 weeks between pick up in France and drop off in the UK.

The person (not Graham this time) who dropped the bikes back to us at our home address in the UK was very competent and friendly too. The bikes and our luggage were in perfect condition.

We would definitely recommend Moving Motorcycles to anyone wanting to transport their bike/s safely and with confidence. We suggest allowing as much time as possible to make the arrangements and ensuring you have nice clear communications regarding your agreed dates (Moving Motorcycles understandably want to tie in collection or delivery with their planned routes). We were very impressed at the can-do attitude from the team and their professional approach to fulfilling the requested timelines. We will definitely use this company again.

So i booked a move to then find out it couldn't be picked up for a week... and then after that told it couldn't be delivered for two weeks.
Then the van broke down but I only found out because i called them. They promised a call back .... i had to call again to find out what happened to my bike. 2 1/2 weeks after booking and i still don't know when its arriving.

Fantastic service from collection to delivery once again.
Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly so the whole process was a pleasure.
I have had three motorcycles moved by Moving Motorcycles and everything was perfect, the bikes were very well looked after. It was as if the bikes were their own.
This time they collected and delivered a bicycle for me and once again they did an excellent job. No need for packaging and again a very secure and safe service.

Excellent service, highly professional, and fairly priced. I was initially sceptical about using a collection company, as I usually rent a van, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Moving Motorcycles again. By the time you rent the van, fill it with petrol, and pay the deposit, it nearly costs the same.

Superb comms and very efficient. Dealt with pick up of Bike from France direct to my door with really friendly people. Dealt with all customs paperwork.

Living in Hamburg (North Germany), I bought a Bike in Huddersfield. Just one (initial) phonecall, three e-mails and only a few days later, the Bike was delivered to my premises.....from Huddersfield to Hamburg.
EXACTLY the minute the delivery was scheduled.. unbelievable but true.!!!
All I can say -and this is without any exaggeration- is:

Great service.
Required to move my motorcycle from Warminster to London after suffering an ankle injury meaning I was unable to ride.
Cost was reasonable compared to other motorcycle moving companies.
Relocation took around 2 weeks in total but speed of relocation wasn’t an issue for me.
Communication was good and received confirmation of when the bike was collected and delivered with a condition sheet received on both collection and delivery.
Recommended.

Moving Motorcycles provided an excellent service for a very good price.
The bike was very well secured in the van and the extra bits and pieces I got with the bike were also collected at no extra charge.
The delivery guy was a star and very helpful.
I would certainly recommend this company.

A mix of the good and the not so good.
Good things-
1) Delivery driver was very nice.
2) Office staff were very kind and helpful and provided a refund on a purchase I had to make, because the bike got damaged in the hand over process. I really cannot fault them on this, top notch.
3) A very pleasant lady called to tell me on which day/date my bike would be delivered.

Not so good-
1) Communication was not forthcoming....
I purchased my bike by auction and booked them to remove the motorcycle from the auction site for delivery to me. The day after the auction, I thought I might have been duped, because the communication was so poor (although, I do appreciate that they may well have been busy after an auction of so many motorcycles). Another 10 days passed post auction, before I got a call to say that the delivery had been scheduled for the following week. I might have been concerned by this, had I not already read the low scoring reviews left by previous customers and realised that this was a common point of issue.
2) Significantly more expensive than I have paid other couriers for the same service. But then technically, they had also stored the bike for 16 days!

It was the first time we had shipped our bikes abroad. Normally we ride to our destination country. We were very happy with the service we received and the bikes were ready in Oslo for us when we arrived. Would definitely use the service again next time.

My imported motorcycle was looked after from prior to collection and delivery. I can recommend 100% Moving Motorcycles, they deal will all the paperwork and keep you informed at all stages.

I had a wonderful experience working with Moving Motorcycles to ship my motorbike to and from their depo in Switzerland. As a first time customer I was of course worried how the transport would go and if all care and attention would be paid to my motorbike, however, based on very strong customer reviews and several calls and emails with the Moving Motorcycles team I was fully reassured and I am SO happy that decided to use this excellent service!

I dropped my motorcycle with the team in Wollaston two weeks before I arrived in Basel and as promised, when I arrived at the depo in Switzerland, my bike was ready to go! I had a fabulous week riding through the alps - something that would not have been possible without this service and the return trip for my bike was likewise, smooth and efficient.

A great service at great value. Every member of the team that I encountered, was helpful, responsive and friendly.

I sent my Honda NT1100 out to Ljubljana ahead of a tour of Croatia. The service from MM was very efficient and professional. The team are great to deal with, their communications and paperwork processing was first-class. After the trip I had the bike delivered back to home, fuss-free and in great condition. The Slovenian team were very helpful, even letting me dry off in their mess-room after a wet trip from Venice. I can't recommend Moving Motorcycles too highly. Using them adds to the costs but is good value compared with covering a long distance on the bike. Most importantly for me, it's an effective use of time, maximising riding time in my chosen area.
