They do not show any documentation of…

They do not show any documentation of what you are buying . they just tell you the model number.
I asked for the serial number so I can see what year it was manufactured, they said no, I asked for a photo of the item they said no. I asked for a photo of the crate just to see what condition it is in ,they said no

Jacks: A Mini-Split Nightmare , Wrong Unit, Worse Customer Service, Heat, Hell, and Hang-Ups

I ordered a mini-split (heating and cooling unit for my home) (over $1000) from Jacks. They sent an incorrect unit to me which is valued much lower ($400 lower). I called Jacks to work on resolving the issue. I mentioned it is an urgent situation as my home is 90-95 degrees F constantly without any cooling, and I need a resolution quickly. They said even thought their customer service is open, they are not doing customer service for Amazon orders (I purchased through Amazon), they do not have a manager there and they will not help me. Then they hung up on me. This company sent me the wrong item and is now taking as long as possible to resolve it, despite having customer service reps available, they will not do customer service. There is no way to expedite my request, I will apprently be waiting days and days for messages to be sent back and forth for a resolution for an apparently complicated issue. I have spent 5 hours installing the unit already, I have a 2.75 in diameter hole in my home as well as many holes in my drywall, it has been wired up already by an electrician, concrete has been poured, it has been screwed and mounted to the concrete, a new unit may not be compatable with these holes, this is a very large inconvenience for me to recieve a giantic, expensive, and incorrect HVAC system. And Jacks hangs up on me. I was not raising my voice or irritated in any way, I was genuinely begging for help, and they are hanging upon me. I would not do business with Jacks again, and I would not recommend anyone to. Their company is disorganized to send incorrect items of 1k value. They have no customer service or support, they are disrespectful, irritable, and heartless. Even if you cannot help me you can give a good customer experience by talking to your manager, advising your manager to change policies, making exceptions, being emotionally stable. Honestly I feel like I am being scammed to receive an item of $400 less value and for it to be so difficult to come to a resolution, and being offered nothing, just waiting and waiting. I have only been sent an incorrect item one time from a small buisness, that buisness just gave the item to me for free with no questions asked. When Amazon has sent an incorrect item before, I simply returned it for my money back. But this is a special case, holes in my home everywhere, this is a nightmare. Thanks, Jacks.

Fishy business practices

Fishy business practices in treating "First Time Customers" purchasing tractor equipment.

Email was sent stating they needed more information prior to processing the order. They needed to process a "ghost Charge" to verify account like gas stations.

After this process, I then received another email asking to "If you happen to have your ID that shows your billing address and the card you used to place the order just showing the last four numbers and your name do you mind sending a picture of that to this email?"

I told them to cancel my order. Their reasoning was fear of someone stealing my information to place an online order? Even though I could log into my account to tell you exactly how much you ghost charged me? They quickly canceled the order with no further response and disappeared even after I mentioned to receive a call from someone their explaining why they needed all this extra personal information but got nothing.

Becareful with this one. I dont know if anyone else has had dealings with them or what experiences. I couldnt find negative reviews so I thought they were safe.
