We are first time buyers and chose Midland Property Surveys to undertake a Building survey based on reviews read. Initial enquiries were promptly responded to by Zoe and all questions answered. On the day of the survey Warren was very thorough in explaining his findings and produced a very detailed pdf report in less than a week including budget estimates for any repairs required. Overall we are pleased with the service provided from start to finish and will recommend Warren to friends/family.

First time buyer here and chose MPS after seeing their many glowing reviews online. Warren was very helpful in making sure I fully understood any and all aspects of the property in question. Would recommend without hesitation.

I went for the home survey and can confirm it was very well put together and informative.
But not only did I get the report as a PDF, the surveyor rang me in person to talk me through the report to make sure I understood everything. I could ask questions and he was willing to give advice within the remit of the survey. All in all, I would say he spent nearly an hour going through his report.
Though I haven't had a survey carried out before, from friends and colleagues I have spoken to this would appear to be above and beyond. Not the cheapest quote I had, but you certainly get what you paid for and a bit more.

The survey seemed as complete as it could be without being able to check behind and beneath objects that were fixed. The surveyor was able to talk us through the report on the phone due to our remote location, after we received the email copy. He answered our questions then and more afterwards by email.

I called out Midlands Property Surveys to do a subsidence survey. Warren came out and did a thorough job. I was very impressed and the price was very reasonable considering some of the other quotes. Warren seems to know exactly what to do and gave me plenty of advise. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again. One to save in my phone book.

From the very beginning the service was great. Warren explained everything over email and managed to fit us in within a week or so.

On the day we received a phone call that was very detailed. Much more than what I was expecting and put our minds at rest so we could get the ball rolling with other areas of the purchase.

The survey itself includes pictures (which I don't think is included with other surveying companies), is clear, comprehensive and professional.
