Excellent customer service
I have just purchased a pair of trainers at a great price. They were delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact Royal Mail without success but got hold of Aaron at Mr Mrs Stitch immediately. He was so helpful and promised me a replacement if they didn’t turn up. I did manage to track them down but Aaron really put my mind at rest. I love the trainers and the excellent service I received.

My experience couldn’t have been better. Ordered a pair of jeans on Monday afternoon, dispatched an hour later, with me by 11am next day! 😃
I had made an order before and returned, I was refunded quickly and no problems.
I would definitely buy again and recommend the site. Thank you I love my item so much xx

Could not have been more helpful
Could not have been more helpful. I ordered a pair of jeans and they did not fit. Requested there returns label, printed it out, stuck it on my parcel and didn’t have to queue at the post office because of this. Love that! Thank you for my refund and your kind advice. Definitely will be back.

No email response
No email response, had to call both times to follow up on a lost return. I was told it was my responsibility, however Royal Mail explained it wasn’t. I wasn’t reassured that I would be fairly refunded. This has been very frustrating. Reflects negatively on small businesses.

Very happy!
Competitively priced, decent delivery timescale and one very happy customer. Overall, a really nice selection of both classic and contemporary high quality clothing.
Only thing they could enhance on the website is the product description and a bit more detail in their own take on the product e.g. few more pics (my Nudie Lean Dean Jeans only had 4 pics, more with people wearing them would be good), provenance, quality, what it goes well with and top tips to keep the item in prime condition.
I'll definitely be using Mr and Mrs Stitch again. Keep up the great work.
