Food cold, staff were not interested when we told them , complete waste of money

What a complete nightmare, l have never been in such a disorganised place as this , no, plates, no one colecting plates when you did find one, food was cold and the containers were empty anyway. Shocking.

Food was cold nor good at all very disappointed to be honest for the price its greed

Came to Blackpool for the weekend for my cousin birthday who was just turning one he didn’t eat any food and was charged £5, the food was sickening meat was rock hard, hygiene was disgraceful and staff were rude i was given a dirty look for asking where the restroom was and me my mom had food poisoning
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Whilst visiting Blackpool for the weekend we decided to treat the family as it wouldn’t be cheap being a family of 5. We paid £106, that included a half price for our 10 year old. We were told our drinks would be brought over then we could refill ourselves. 30 mins in we were still waiting so had to go and ask for our drinks. There was hardly and food left. The chicken nuggets had lots where probably a child had took a bite out and then put them back. The toilets are disgusting. Broken doors, filthy toilets, no paper left and there was loads of toilet paper all over the floor sticking to feet and getting trailed down the stairs where people were sitting. We’ve eaten in many ‘all you can eat’ restaurants but I have to say this was the most expensive and definitely the worst. Very disappointed especially at the cost.

Came here today to treat granddaughter at her request for her birthday.
Sorry to say poor choice food,no plain chicken no chicken nuggets hardly any choice of desserts, not sure if this because its in the afternoon, but still paid full price for adults and child.
Food luke warm what we did manage to choose from.
Waited over 12 minutes for staff to bring meat out for roast dinner section, no apology nothing.
Poor service poor quality of food .
Very disappointed not value for money at all on this occasion.
Ruined treat for granddaughter hasxwork long hours and don't get much time to bring her out!

We were at the cinema on Saturday afternoon and they advertised 15percent off with cinema tickets. So we thought we would give it a try..we went in and the place looked nice enough. We were seated within 5 minutes which was a good start.and left to it. We went up for some soup to start but they only had seafood soup and nothing else. So it was straight to the main course. Good selection but didn't taste all the good. Vegetables were hard and could have been cooked longer . Meatballs were hard aswell.after our first selected meal. We had to ask someone for a drink which to about 10 minutes to come and the bar was just in front of us but she did apologize for the wait.. for my 2nd course. I fancied chow mein but there was no noodles or chow mein in the food containers but they had plenty of rice. So felt a little disappointed with that. The desert section was nice and the service there was fast and pleasant. At the end. When l had to visit the rest room. I could have brought it all back up again. Clearly not checked and cleaned regularly. And when we paid the bill at the end. We were told our discount tickets were not valid on Saturdays and bank holidays.. first and last time we will visit there

Absolutely disgusted by the staff/manager. On sat 26th April 2022. I/we've been lots of times always pleased. Recommended people. My daughter booked for 8 persons for a birthday on Sat. My eldest granddaughter 10yrs old was refused a child's discount unless showed proof of age. She was distraught that she'd spoilt the whole birthday. Other customers who heard this came to my daughter and said they would never go there again. So restaurant lost over £200 for the sake of £10. But all not lost the party went to all you can eat Chinese around the corner and was much better. So now they've lost all ours and friends custom to the much better restaurant. Ohh and they wouldn't speak to me when l rang them.

Visited here Thursday 30th December and was found the food absolutely appalling. The price was high and the cost of a soft drink was a disgrace. How people que up to get into here beats me.

My advice to anyone wishing to eat here is simple ‘DONT’

Good food. Nice atmosphere. Not too expensive. Just a bit confused as some postings say it has a hygenie rating of 2 (Google search confirms this) but on the entrance it states "Hygenie Rating 5" - December 2021.. Can anyone clarify? Not that it matters as 4 of us ate lunch buffet today and nobody is feeling ill (6hrs afterwards) so I would ignore other posts. Well worth it and tasty food, nice selection. Good service. Thankyou

If I could give 0 I would my brother went here and has now got food poisoning. Cannot stop being sick. Hygiene rating is 0🤢

Been here a few times and the foods been generally good..unfortunately booked in this afternoon and the standard of food was disappointing, tasteless and warm. The garlic nan was like cardboard, 4 trays over pizza area empty, food warmers with no food on at all, steak area closed, dirty plates and utensils I could go on.
My daughter enjoyed the chocolate fountain last time that wasnt even on hardly any desserts out no jelly and I love jelly. Shame really but we wont be returning

He was friendly, good service would definitely go there again with my husband and sons sll said the same

Food was ok . Was fine till i went to get some cake and flies were hovering over uncovered food . Wont be back

Absolutely terrible!!! Had a table booked for 7pm. Arrived at 6.45 to be made to stand in the rain untill 7.30 as the queue was that long. Finally got inside to be told to stand to one side and wait for a table to become available. Waited a further 15 mins whilst watching lots of people complaining about not enough food and being charge twice!? It was so busy it was ridiculous....people stood everywhere waiting around people eating! They were cramming people in everywhere. Eventually walked out and went elsewhere!
Very greedy owners.... Will not return EVER!!

NEVER AGAIN! We have previously been here and had a fantastic meal but after the disgusting state the restaurant was in and the lack of food hygiene. We definitely won’t be returning. All the food was cold and stale like it had been there all day, and all the serving counters were dirty (see pictures attached) I reported my concerns to the staff to which they blamed the customers for leaving it like this. I explained it was up to them as the restaurant to maintain high standards and ensure all food was at a safe temperature. I didn’t even get an apology the lady just said I’m not going to stand and argue with you and walked off. £40 down the drain food hygiene Blackpool will be notified in the morning

Food is poor for the price you pay. Cocktails are shocking. Manager tried saying my card was declined but transaction come out of the bank. No table numbers for tables, no service. There was only one girl waitress that was smiley and very polite the rest of them were not respectful and didn’t give you service with a smile. Toilets were disgusting! My fella went to the toilet and there was a toilet seat on the floor. Toilets were a perfect example of the food. Wouldn’t be going here again.

After visiting the Blackpool site 8th July, I have to say very disappointing. Food was of very poor quality for the price paid.

Toilets were appalling, broken toilet seat and I guess it had been like it for awhile.

As for the gloves supposedly to be used by guests whilst selecting food needs to be closely monitored as so many people seem to ignore. There were enough staff wondering around to remind people to wear the gloves that are supplied.

Mr Basrais is a joke my son was In the disabled/toddlers changing room the owner/peeping Tom suggested when he saw me to go to the male toilet so I told him I'm ok as my sons In the disabled he was literally loitering outside the staff room and disabled toilet with intent of god nos what he didn't seem to believe me and said were with his ed shaped like a boomerang ready to stick in head round the door fortunately my son had his trolleys up and the little cheeky sod/owner didn't cop an eye full we then had a war of words inreguards to the matter as I was made to feel like a liar I then further went on to prove that I could use that toilet as I am classed as disabled showing him the mess operations have made to my stomach due to having dv divaticular disease and pointed out not all disabilities are visible he then went on to tell me I should have an exempt thi g round my kneck why should I I'm not dodging wearing a mask I feel levels of disrespect embarrassment and shame having to show him are war of words even ended up nearly being physical talking to me the way he did infront of my son f,ING and jeffing just wish my son wasn't there because I'd of Daniel son him to the nut sack never will u see me in this poohome again the place is as cheap and primark hope a wave comes over Blackpool and washes it away

Good hard working staff who always go above and beyond. Also very clean! Will be coming again for sure.
