Same experience and P Wilson below, have been trying to contact this company for weeks regarding a bed I ordered in April but no response!! I don’t even know how to get my money back as I can’t reach anyone at the business!!

I ordered and paid for a bed on 28th Feb £554.99 including £30 shipping. Chosen as had a quick delivery time, confirmed on the receipt email that delivery 2-3 weeks. After multiple calls to the number on the receipt 07938 039 692, which either didn't connect or just rang finally spoke to someone on the Tuesday who said it would be delivered last saturday. No one turned up. Same issue again no one answering the phone, finally got a call back Tuesday from someone who said the factory had to close for 2wks so were behind so would be another 4wks??? Despite being told it was coming last week. Said I wanted my money back and was told a Manager would ring back within 24hrs, no surprise, no call and no one answering the phones again. I have also sent 5 emails in the past 2wks and no response. I know of one other person who has had exactly the same experience, people order due to the short delivery time when its a lie. Will try and get my money back and report to Trading Standards. Two companies with this name on Companies House, 1st dissolved on 22/10/19 and the current one still trading now, Nakash Hamid Director of both, been a director of two other companies both which have been dissolved

This is a company owned but the same owner as Chesterfieldbeds.com. Bed ordered and paid for that will never ever arrive. They don't answer the phone. They will not supply the bed. I bought in January promised 6 weeks for delivery and no bed delivered. This has been reported to The fraud department at the police. They are still selling to unsuspecting customers.

Nakash Hamid Is the director of this company and is also the director of chesterfieldbeds.com. He has been dissolved and restarted on many occasions. The information is available on companies house.

Omg the 3000 memory foam bed is an actual bliss to sleep in! Very very comfortable bed, has really helped with my poor sleep

I think its time for a change of mattress and looking at Mrchesterfield.com, I think I have made the right decision. Looking at the 10'' memory foam mattress I feel like it is soft and succulent which is what I am looking for and I will definitely take advantage of the 20% off mega sale.

Very comfortable mattress. I suffer from back pains and I am sleeping much better on it. Quick delivery and good value for money.

Fantastic value, needed a bed quick as I class my nights sleep as a commodity, with that being said I ordered one of these through a recommendation. Utterly blown away and I've not slept that well in years.

Was directed to a London Bed which was softer than I normality like but the recommendation was spot on. I'm sleeping so much better with a medium firm bed as opposed to my former firm bed. Delivery was made easy and scheduled for the following day which was great because my back was killing me from a 10 year old mattress.
