HIDDEN COSTS RIP OFF!! They inflate the price per item ordered…

They inflate the price per item ordered by up to 40%, then add a delivery fee and tip on top of the inflated price. So on average your order delivery fee is over R100!! This is NOT disclosed and therefore hidden!! Check your receipt from the store and compare with what you pay in Mr d invoice!!

My off day ruined

Ive just rated you 1 start just because there is no option for zero stars.
I placed an order and only after two hours has passed when I decide to place a query, I was told the online store is close and will only be getting my order tomorrow while my off day is today 🤷‍♀️, tell my how that makes sense and yet again when canceling my order I have to wait 5 working days to get my refund. Ull never getting my business again and will make sure to spread your incompetence in all platforms 😡

Pick n pay order - missing items

I ordered from pick n pay, some items were missing. I wrote to them and guess what?! I was told to go to the store and lodge my complain there, how possible is this? I ordered online for a damn reason and again who will be paying for my travel expenses to and from the store? Me? I want my refund.. This is unacceptable and boring, we can't be treated this way.

Spur trying to blacken your name.

Well this is the only way I can get hold of you currently. A certain Spur steak ranch tried to put you in the line of fire about your prices, and tried to blacken your name. When I was actually complaining to them about THEIR lack of options, and the outlandish sides they add to increase their menu prices. They are creating a 'wastful culture' just wanted to give you a heads up.

The drivers is very unprofessional the driver refused to drive a block further to drop off food at the address provided resulting in me walking the block to collect my food and then he proceeded to be rude regarding the delivery, today my food was only delivered after one and a half hours after receiving the notification that he is on his way he proceeded to stay at the restaurant for 20 minutes before driving to deliver my food upon arrival i asked him to please read the instructions as the delivery was for my husband after 10 minutes he messaged me stating that he is still waiting outside but the instructions clearly states he needs to go to the reception and ask for my husband I really think they should employ people that want to work I will personally not recommend Mr D to anyone and I won't be using them again I will also state my opinion to anyone wanting to use this service

This Is the third or fourth time that…

This Is the third or fourth time that this is happening they accept my orders and then they don't want to deliver my food telling me to walk to come fetch it if I had a car do you think I would be using this app useless app really I wouldn't recommend Mr delivery to no one. They even increase the prices on the app to make something out of the deal which is fine but then provide kak service that is not OK. The driver then cancels my order and I have to wait for my money to be refunded back to me so pathetic.

Just do not download this app the service and support are so useless not worth it when there is a mistake with the order like late or missing items don't hold your breath for a refund or even just a coupon. The support always just said we will look then just dead silence nevet hear back from them this is how you treat your client base this ia way uber eats are beter at least they do something about a customers complaint rather go with uber eats mr delivery worst service i have ever received

I had one of the worst customer service…

I had one of the worst customer service experiences today with my Pick n Pay order through Mr Delivery. I waited nearly four hours for my order, only to have it cancelled without any proper communication or explanation.

Delays can happen and things go wrong, and I understand that. But what truly matters is how those delays are managed. In this case, the situation was handled very poorly. There was no transparency, no updates, and no accountability.

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I’ve lost trust in both Pick n Pay and Mr D, and I will not be using their services again.

Loyal customers deserve better.
