Alan was a thorough professional, knowledgable, gave some tips, communicated well & was reasonably priced.
One of the windows of our flat refused to open.
A friend had used Mr Glaze and Alan came round to assess the problem.
The espag was broken and needed a new part.
It was a tricky job which had to be done from the inside as the flat is on the second floor.
Firstly the glazed unit had to be removed to allow the window to open.
Then the frame had to be removed and brought inside the flat to replace the espag.
Alan identified a badly fitted top hinge as the source of the problem and repaired that.
All round an excellent job.
I have no hesitation in recommending Alan to fix your faulty windows.
Malcolm in Eastcote.
