Our experience with MRI Software CAFM has been excellent. The system has streamlined our work order management and preventive maintenance through strong automation and real-time tracking. It has improved operational efficiency, enhanced visibility across sites, and strengthened SLA compliance. The user-friendly interface and mobile functionality make it easy for our teams to manage tasks effectively. Overall, it has been a reliable and impactful solution for our facilities management operations.
I have managed and supported Concept Evolution (and C500 before) for the best part of 25 years, across multiple FM companies. Out-of-the-box, the software isn't particularly powerful, and relies very heavily on custom built (and therefore very expensive) processes to achieve anything useful. In trying to make it a jack of all trades, they've managed to make it a master of none, and the platform lacks customisation options (e.g. no ability to add extra fields), while the database is riddled with duplicate or unused fields. The focus always seems to be on the next bolt-on (read £££) rather than fixing the issues with the underlying core software. Despite it giving me a career for a long time, I would not recommend this software.

I’ve had an excellent experience with MRI Software. Their services are top quality, communication is always clear and efficient, and they’ve been consistently reliable. A special mention to our account manager, Connor, who is absolutely superb – professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
While Evolution performs well overall, the integration with the Go app could be improved. Users have reported recurring sync issues, particularly when assigning resources to tasks. In some cases, tasks do not sync correctly and need to be reassigned to successfully push through to the device.

Excellent CAFM system that helps us deliver for our clients! We've been using MRI Evolution as our primary CAFM system for some time now, and it has become an essential part of our service delivery. The platform is powerful, intuitive, and reliable. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, which meant our team could get up to speed with it very quickly. It allows us to manage everything from reactive maintenance jobs to planned preventative maintenance schedules seamlessly. Tracking jobs from start to finish is straightforward, and the reporting features give us the data we need to ensure we're meeting our clients' SLAs. For us, we also use it for generating purchase orders ans sales invoices. We love the fact that we are able to integrate with third party systems. The system allows us to create bespoke dashboards, and our clients appreciate the transparency and the speed at which we can respond to their needs, which is largely thanks to the streamlined workflows within Evolution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MRI Evolution to any facilities management company looking for a robust and user-friendly CAFM system. It's a fantastic tool that has genuinely helped our business.

We’ve been using MRI Evolution to log and manage incidents related to our Air Traffic Management systems for a number of years, and it has proven to be a reliable and efficient solution. The system allows us to track issues clearly, assign actions, and maintain a solid audit trail—critical in such a high-stakes environment. The interface is generally user-friendly, and once configured to meet our operational needs, it has made incident tracking much more structured and consistent. The ability to customize fields for ATM-specific reporting has been a major plus. That said, the initial setup and configuration for our specific requirements did take some time and required quite a bit of back-and-forth with MRI support team. Overall, MRI Evolution has helped improve visibility and accountability in our incident management process. A solid platform with good KPI reporting. The annual User Forums run by MRI are very informative and an excellent opportunity to see new developments and products.

Overall, we have been highly satisfied with MRI Evolution since its implementation in 2019. The system has consistently met our operational needs, providing a reliable and efficient platform for task management and issue tracking. The support team has been responsive and proactive, and our account manager has demonstrated exceptional commitment in ensuring smooth system performance and addressing our requirements. However, following the evolution upgrade, we have encountered a minor but recurring issue where certain windows—such as the Helpdesk window, Issue PPMs, and Assign Resource windows,..etc —occasionally appear as blank boxes when opening an existing task or attempting to log a new one. While this does not significantly disrupt functionality, it does cause brief delays as users may need to refresh or reopen the window to restore visibility. We appreciate the ongoing support from your team and are confident that this issue will be resolved in the future. We remain satisfied with the system and look forward to its continued improvement
