They assisted with a tech issue with no hesitation. Walked me through the process and stayed on the phone until we had resolve. She was patient and professional.

I had a problem with the software not doing what it was supposed to do. The Support person helped me get the right boxes checked by walking me through the process so it got fixed and now I know how to address it if it ever happens again. Very helpful!

I had never used this database before. I've been in Housing for over 20yrs. The company I work for doesn't offer a training, so I basically had to teach myself and navigate. the "?" gives you a very detailed explanation for what you are trying to do. Also, the customer service reps are all amazing people. (Especially Sandi). They are always helpful and follow up on tickets to make sure what you needed worked. Are you all hiring for work at home? I'm a quick study. LOL. I would love to assist others with this program like people helped me. I never heard of MRI_Bostonpost before this position. But OneSite is no longer my favorite database.
