I have dealt with Ann Miller and Kim Betz on many occasions and they have helped me tremendously. Both are very knowledable of the software and have taken the time to explain the processes. They have shown us how to use the software more efficently and go above and beyond.
There are things that should be available in inspections & holds modules that are more user friendly. When putting rent on hold, we should not have to manually put every change after the hold date on hold again, system should read the initial date and either keep hold or ask if we want the new change to put on hold as well. Inspections should have ability to flag 24-hour fail items and be able to distinguish tenant & landlord responsibility. Should also have ability to email the fail items & letters to tenant, not just the landlord. Inspections module does not communicate with LL portal to send repair list, inspection results, etc.

Your team is awesome, however, HAB is antiquated. I've 35 years experience with different software, i.e. OneSite, Yardi, Boston Post and I find HAB to have multiple unnecessary steps that is not effective time management. In other software when you print out a certification whether its a 50059 or a TIC the lease amendment letter prints out with the Cert, the rent change letter prints out with the cert. However, with HAB there are multiple additional steps that are time consuming as these documents do not print out as a packet with the certification. I just being honest.
It was very good.
I think HAB is efficient and easy to navigate once you understand how the system works.
