Franchisee potential owners: DON’T DO IT.
You will pay the fees, set up shop and they will NEVER give you instructions or training on HOW the business works much less assist with marketing or attaining customers.
There is currently 15 franchise owners in Madrid with a current law suit against JEFF.
Beware.

A branch cancelled my subscription (paid thru the app via card) because another one took my order (paid for this one in cash). They never refunded my card for the cancelled subscription. Support was responsive at first but they sent me something they call a "refund certificate"which was in Spanish! I'm not in Spain, how are we supposed to understand document?!

So it's 4 months later and I still haven't gotten the refund. Bloody thieves!

The Mr Jeff franchise in Admiral, Talon, Las Pinas was better than the previous one...BUT for their unconcern for my missing microfibre Blanket & a M&S pj bloudr; I have to give THIS branch only two ( 2 ) stars. At least it s not a negative ( - 1 ) one.

I'm a frequent traveler who found Mr. Jeff as I neededa place to wash my clothes... Worst decision ever. Mr. Jeff stole a few articles of clothes and customer support is unresponsive. I highly advise anyone who is considering using Mr. Jeff to find another place, unless you're willing to risk your items. They will steal your stuff and you will have no recourse if they do as they do not care and say they are not responsible... Total disappointment, do not use.

I used this subscription service for a few months in Madrid and it was really bad. As a home delivery laundry service that is not cheap, I would expect:
1. On time arrival and pick up
2. Clean clothes

Really simple, no?
To the first point, my orders were delayed every month. I had a weekly pick up and delivery scheduled so instead of asking for turn around in a few days like the company advertises, they actually had a full week. Despite this, in the 3 months I’ve used the service 3 of my deliveries have been significantly delayed. I was supposed to receive clothes on Tuesday. It’s Friday and still no clothes in sight.

As for clean clothes, it’s inconsistent. One wash and iron white shirt came back with a black mark on it. They did redo it at no additional cost but still... quality check much? Also multiple pairs of pants have come back not fully stain free...

At 80€ a month for 4 weeks of laundry and 20 wash/iron items, it’s not worth it. I have increased the hours of my cleaning lady and it’s much better. Plus she accomplishes more for the same money.

In the end, the online booking is nice and maybe good for emergencies or tourists, but as a regular customer, would NOT recommend.

Amazing service, very easy and user friendly app, value for money. My overall experience is above amazing!

Ridicolous!

2 of my sweaters have been shrunk. After compiling the complain as they asked me taking pictures and many other stuffs, they simply answered it should have been filled in the 2 days after receiving the items. Moreover they were delivered to my office and not personally to me while i was on business trip so i just took them after 5 days, even while accepting the "politics" of complain time, they did not even refund me the cost of the service. Worst customer care ever, don't use it if you take care of your clothes!

They lost a top from my bag, and they have been telling me that they're going to fix it since November '19. It's just a rip-off, do not subscribe

I tried the plan M for a month and it is gonna be so difficult to live without it... This service is a great help with the home duties.

Beware, I am missing several article of clothing! I truly regret using them!!

Stay AWAY from them. Terrible experience. They DESTROYED my MONCLER jacket and denied all responsibilities. I lost 600 EURO due to their incompetence. The jacket was in good condition when left my apartment and when I got it back it has several RIPS close to the hood. The reason is very simple, they used a cheap metal hanger with a hook that cut it while moving on the VAN.
