I ordered some iPad Air cases. They arrived promptly. The queries I had were dealt with efficiently. The staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy and satisfied. I would definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Phone cover was dispatched really quickly. The images were very sharp - a great product, delighted with it.

Ordered it Saturday night and was delivered Tuesday, only thing was I didn't put a background colour on so a few of my picture had white lines underneath them but that was all my fault, but other than that it is wonderful and I finally have a staffie cover for my google nexus 5 which I haven't been able to find anywhere else thank you

Although I got my iPhone 6 case very quickly, it was not as expected. The colours on the case were almost unrecognisable and the phone moved within the case. I emailed the company to which I had a speedy response offering to reprint my case after altering the colours on the picture to give a better effect. Whilst this is fair enough I was more bothered about my phone sliding in the case so politely requested a refund. I have had no reply and have emailed again today. I hope that it is just iPhone 6 cases that prove to be a problem and once I get a refund there will be no hard feelings.

I bought an iPhone 5S phone case from Mr Nutcase for my brothers birthday. I was able to customised the case before ordering using their create a case' editor which was easy enough to use. I opted for the cheaper case which only has my picture printed on the back with the sides being transparent. The case arrived 2 days after ordering and all in all I was very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Mr Nutcase offer a great friendly service, they are efficient in sorting problems, and quick in delivery. I loved my case, I loved the matte look and all my personal pictures looked great!

I've just purchased a cover for a Christmas present for my mum. The case arrived in a good time so that I was pleased with until I opened the package.

The case quality is extremely poor. Looking like something that is made for about 5p in China. The print quality is beyond dreadful. The pictures and base colour has slightly bleeding and in all I am so disappointed. For the money I paid I would expect much better care and quality.

What I have been left with I wouldn't have paid £5 for let alone £35

Will never recommend or use again. Would not rate even 0/10

I'm so happy I found your website. I wanted a phone case for my mum with photos of her 3 grandchildren on. And trying to find places that do Galaxy mini cases that don't cost a stupid amount is near impossible.
I love the quality of the finished product and I know she wil to.
My only thought is to do different style cases. Not just the hard plastic. Maybe do a softer rubber one to as these are also good for protection.

the experience regarding the communicaiton and speed was excellent, the case arrived in less than 48 which is very impressive.
the only thing i am concerned about is the quality of the case. i ordered the "executive slimline" case, and it doesn't fit my phone properly which is annoying because it feels like it may slim off at any time or break and it feels like very thin plastic which may snap easily.
on the other hand the photo's are good quality and the layout was exactly the same as i ordered it

Ordered my phone cover on Monday after noon and have just received it this morning (Wednesday). The quality of the pictures is fantastic! Quick service and relatively cheap. What more could you want. In love with my new case!<3 would definitely use them again.
