Deposited £35 or at least I thought I had, money was taking from my bank account and I never received my deposit, I have been in touch with online support all I get back is they are looking into this matter for me, it's been over two weeks and still nothing, I would avoid at all costs.

I've submitted an email to their support team today and I've coped in as many Curacau based Gambling Regulators as I could find to hope that someone might get sight of this sham of a company.

They can take a deposit in 30 seconds but state it will be weeks before withdrawals are posted.

They don't seem to be regulated so anything thinking of using them, just dont.

If there was no stars I would choose that , I withdrew £600 on the 19th Aug 23 , I’ve sent over 20 emails , contacted support loads of times ,the last message was 2 days ago , they said my withdrawal was due to be completed soon 😂😂 I won’t hold my breath , I’ve even reported them to resolver , but still nothing , please avoid this site as they will only steal your money !! Being denied my winnings. Sadly fell into the mistake of not checking this casino out before making deposits. With a bit of luck i was able to win £500. Withdrew on 4th October, which on the site says 24 to 48 hour process. I was then told 7 to 21 working days by customer support, which may i add seems to be automated. It is now working day 22 and these thieves still haven't paid out. I will be contacting them daily and seeking legal advice on this matter, i wont stop until they pay out what im owed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Very difficult to win admittedly. Sone winless streaks on a 50-60p stake were 40-50 spins. One winless streak was over 100. No wins at all. Nearly impossible surely… unless highly restricted at their end. I however struck lucky, over £2,100. Cost me about £1,200 to get there though. That was after previous losses though so in reality this win brought me into a position of being 300-400 up. I withdrew. Nothing for a few days. Said pending. A week passed. Nothing. I messaged them through their chat system. Got s long copy and paste answer stating it was 7 day review for this, few day review for that, then their bosses review payments in / out on your account, payment methods, Any patterns in activity … and the timescales collectively added up to around 5 weeks.I questioned this as being unreasonable and the answer was “YOUVE BEEN BRIEFED!!!” And they cut off the chat. I tried to re instigate and I was cut off again. At this point I stumbled across reviews online. I wish I had checked before hand. My heart sank. In all honesty I wrote off getting my winnings as a bad job and lesson learnt. However today, 3 weeks and 2 days since I won and tried to withdraw … a payment landed this morning. Full payment.

I got a time frame of 21 days for a pay out and have waited over that. Customer service don’t deal with the issue when you go on to them they just copy and paste the time frames put it in the chat and then end the chat. It is disgusting behaviour from them.

I've been waiting 120 days for a £400 pay out of which £350 was my deposit so only a £50 profit and they keep waffling and now I have stopped messaging them on their live chat as I feel I'm being patronised. It's a disgrace there is no where you can complain.

After three returns, numerous emails offering bonuses to play I am still awaiting my £3850 withdrawal. I am currently at working day 240. My latest withdrawal request following the third return I have received a confirmation email stating pay out in 4 business days!!!

Asked for an update got the same usual reply when I asked how would they feel about situation if it was them got told to be "civilise". Am now waiting to be blocked from my account. It now feels like one of their games, with each contact.UPDATE chased again today now being told they can not get any information on withdrawal as its the weekend. Priceless comment at least its a new excuse. UPDATE Chased again same excuse with finance withdrawals take up to 21 days. UPDATE working day 261, can't give me any further update still with finance. UPDATE Working Day 266 still with finance. UPDATE 271 working days still no payout. Still chasing each week. UPDATE 284 working days still same delay reasons. UPDATE Working Day 302 still no withdrawal received still same be patient with finance.

7 of august I put my withdrawal request and 42 days if you include weekends still waiting for a 100 withdraw I’ve been more than patient but this is unacceptable. Zero help at all other than robot messages repeating the same script zero emails from mr sloty with any kind of explanation to what’s happening or wrong lies about withdrawal times. Times are stated at 24/72 hours which then for some reason turned to 7/21 working days. Never again will I ever use this site massive bunch of scammers AVOID ANYONE WHO THINKS OF USING MRSLOTY I don’t think I’ll ever get my 100. Well finally after 5 months I got my £250 winnings paid out. I wasn’t going to give up and just kept bombarding them every day. I soon as I was paid out I asked for my account to be closed. To which they replied “Is there a specific reason why” REALLY.
My advice don’t give up if you are owed money but please don’t join them in the first place. Shocking company

I asked my personal account manager(Mitch) to close my account and he said if I did as I had an outstanding withdrawal I wouldn’t get the money. He then gave me a bonus, obviously I used it. I then asked at least 5/6 times over the course of 6months for my account to be closed as I had a gambling problem each of which email got the response of he’d given me a bonus. Again I’m an addict and free money to gamble is something he knew I would carry on playing. After losing around £40/50k I begged the help chat agents to close my account. I explained everything about Mitch not closing my account, the support team never responding to my pleas for my account to be closed and was told they couldn’t do it. Finally after emailing and Mitch and support saying I was looking into legal action they closed my account saying they had only just seen I had an addiction, the huge amounts of money and willingness to take free money to gamble wasn’t enough. To prove I was being baited I opened another account in my name using a different email, but £20 and then asked help chat to close my account which they did not just once but twice. Basically Mitch gets a % bonus for keeping people playing and he baited me knowing I’d continue. He’s since responded admitting all the while I had availabile bonuses and would continue playing he wouldn’t close my account. I assume he’s done this to others and it could be that other managers do the same. The terms state you can close your account at any time by asking help which they didn’t do so they broke the terms of their own contract. I have every chat transcript and screenshots of everything since he started baiting me and It’s now going through the legal system. Avoid them if you’ve never used the site but if you’ve had the same treatment as me look into legal action as it’s against every regulators terms to bait a vulnerable addict and they have a duty of care. Every company I’ve bet with has closed my account upon asking and for that reason they’re not included in legal proceedings. I’ve lost in excess of £150k but every company apart from this one has closed my account when asked

Still not bn paid a withdrawal after 7 months. After 3 months the put money back in my account saying I wasn't getting it. I immediately withdrew it again and get fobbed off with automated replies. Why can't the authorities find these criminals and put them in jail. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE

I stupidly put money on this website, then 3 days later got over 14 payment requests from my card. After investigating by Santander it turns out this company is based in Nigeria and they will basically farm out your card details to the highest bidder. 100% scam, do not use!!
