Good for achieving volume discount on ferry and hotel.
Hotel good standard but not well located for the best roads in Picos.
Food catered for volume, lacked quality and service.
Wouldn't describe MSL Tours "The Ultimate Tour" as per there advertising, not a great deal of interaction on the trip and certainly no tours.

Hi Andrew and thanks for your feedback which is noted and my apologies if we did not get to meet up.
I would urge you to consider a guided tour company to accommodate your requirements in future. There are a number of very good companies which would be able to offer you a fully guided riding experience as MSL do not lead or guide any of their tours.
This is made clear in our T&C's and comprehensive tour briefing.
If I had known this I would have been very happy to have re-reimbursed your monies and cancelled your reservation.

Self guided tour's but Rick is there…
Self guided tour's but Rick is there and makes sure you'll never travel alone, unless you wont to off course!
No worries about turning up by yourself as all like minded people i felt at home before i got off ferry.

MSL Pyrenees tour in September
The tour with Rick was excellent and he was very welcoming, we stayed in some great places and the trip was very well planned, It met all my expectations of a self guided tour and more. The tour is very well priced for the quality and represents excellent value for money.

Meal could have been earlier for us…
Meal could have been earlier for us especially as to took time to serve so many of us. A day extra in Colmar. Route directions could have been better presented. Rather than expect everyone to buy in to the system. Overall, very much enjoyed the holiday.

I invite guests to open a FOC account, locate me as a friend which then enables access to my routes and the ability to easily upload in whatever file format is required to their own GPS device. If you experienced difficulty please accept my apologies and I take your comments on board for this and your other two remarks ref Colmar and evening meal times. Rick

Had An great experience. I have used other Motorcycle tour companies before and MSL are the best so far.. I would use MSL Tours again if given the choice. They used Quality hotels and accommodation. I Would recommend this Motorcycle holiday company. The tour riding is flexible. You can ride solo at your own pace and routes and take in the scenery. Or with other riders if choose too do so. I for the first time gained confidence in riding many miles solo abroad and the new experience in doing so I found this very enjoyable to discover lovely twisty roads. Lovely towns and villages. Stop when I wanted to for breaks at local cafes and restaurants and take in the great scenery. I Found this more adventurist. Would recommend taking a Sat Nav. If you have never rode abroad solo I would recommend giving it a try and you won`t be disappointed. Rick the tour group Owner is on the tours and was very helpful and knowledgeable on advice on routes to take and was Available 24/7 while on the tour. .
A lot other tour groups ride with the drop of system. its follow the leader. Take the fastest route. (toll roads and motorways) Only stop at designated stops at the tour group mangers discretion and you don`t really know where you are going till you arrive at your destination. MSL tours do NOT do this.

Good tour
Good tour, well organised. Enough people on it to make it fun, Hotels were just what you needed when you needed them. Only let down by the mapping attachments, which were difficult to transfer to Garmin (or anything else I believe) other than that, I would definitely recommend. Richard
