Terrible Service on a Faulty Product
I received my phone case and I ordered a matching ring attachment. The case was beautiful out of the box and looked and felt durable. I attached the ring as soon as I opened the package and let it sit overnight to assure it was secured. The next morning I began using the case and on the second day of using, the ring began falling off. The adhesive pulled out beads/stones from the actual case and after falling off several times and taking the beads out with it, it no longer will attach. Each time the ring comes off, the phone and case fall to the ground and cause damage. I've reached out to the company and have been exchanging emails for 2 weeks regarding a return or a replacement and they nicely give me the run around. Asking stupid questions, like "did I remove the protective paper over the adhesive before attaching the ring", and "the glue must have fallen off, and have I located the glue and tried reattaching it?" (my favorite). Apparently they are running the clock down so that the maximum 14 day window for returns closes. I do not recommend, even though the case was beautiful when it arrived, it is worthless now.
