Never buy from a distributor, always directly from Apple

I Bought an expensive ro Display XDR and Mac Pro 2019 Tower with MacSupport from Sweden. Håkan Domarhed was the main seller from MacSupport company. I am still chasing him to answer my emails and phone calls, but they are not responding.

On July 14th, 2023, the Pro Display XDR stopped functioning. I have had ongoing issues with my Mac Pro 2019 since the day I purchased it. I've tried to resolve these issues several times through email and phone calls with the Mac-Support provider, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter, I was not able to return the device at an early stage and was only directed to contact Apple support, which also did not provide a satisfactory solution.

This investment has caused a great deal of stress, uncertainty, and financial loss due to the malfunctioning of Apple devices.

Where is my computer!!?!? Expensive and dishonest!

Aldough extremely expensive (700sek) I left my computer there 2 WEEKS ago because it braked. Theu promised that it wouldn't have taken more than 1 week to check it and eventually repeare it. After 1 week they told me that the costs for the reparation was 6000 sek which i didnt want to pay. They promised me that i would get my pc back the folowing day but today after 9 days my pc is not back yet!! I have called already 3 times and everytime they told me that the computer was going to come the following day. What the h**l is going on?? Please people go to apple store in Malmö. It is free of charge to check your computer and often they repare it already after 24H.... if only i had known it.

Dishonest

The Mstore in Lund attempted to overcharge me by 500 Krona. I was charged 700 Krona for my Macbook to be assessed (the flat rate, which although expensive, I was OK with). I needed the hard drive cable to be replaced (380 Krona). I was then told that it would cost an additional 500 Krona, for the technician to connect the cable. I considered this too expensive, so asked to speak with the technician, who admitted that he had already changed the cable, because it was required to complete the intial assessment! After the conversation, the technician said that he would remove the 500 Kronar bill. The shop assistant was rude and considered me 'difficult' for asking questions. DONT GO HERE!

We are really sorry for the misunderstanding.

Our diagnostic fee is 700 SEK for which we examine the computer and give the customer an estimate for a repair.
This is the minimum cost you will pay for having your computer looked at.
Our normal hourly fee for repairing is 1200 SEK and is also the minimum price for a technician doing a repair.

In your case you would have two options, pay 700 SEK and get your computer back untouched. Or pay 1200 SEK for the repair + 380 for the spare part to get it fixed.

As you pointed out there is quite a big difference between the examination fee and an hour of work.

In your case the technician did an exception because we felt you did nog get the correct info about our prices in the first place. And because we always strive to have satisfied customers he gave you a disc out.
We sincerely apologies if you feel that you didn't get the right information.
It was not in any way our intent to fool or over charge you, this is our fixed prices but we agree with you that the price model need to be looked over. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions or concerns.
