Mick was great

Mick was great! His expertise and efficiency were evident from the start. He quickly and effectively installed my new line, explained the installation clearly. His friendly demeanor made the whole experience pleasant. I'm truly impressed and would highly recommend his services.

Superb Professionalism

Mick has been superb with my new Full Fibre Broadband setup. There has been a few issues with the new configuration setup for the new Router and Mick and Victor have been diligent and professional throughout helping to get it all sorted. I would recommend them unreservedly and Micks overall knowledge of IT in problem solving is outstanding. A careful and methodical operator I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you

Very happy customer

Moving house is stressful at the best of times and so when we needed to get the Internet connection installed, after initially having some hiccups, the HeyBroadband team did everything they could to get us up and running.
They were so understanding and their workmanship was quick but efficient. I'm so grateful that we've only had a day with wonky signal before the speedy wifi was installed.
Would definitely recommend the friendly and trlianle service!
