Don’t use them . Unreliable and won’t win anything. And to top it off the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered and the lawyers do not care .

The solicitor did not act in the best interests of the client, neither provided right advice and dropped the case without explanation

I had an exceptional experience with MTG Solicitor, thanks to Mr Ibrahim in Greenford branch , he is very very helpful and supportive he helped me with my housing issue as I was dealing with Ealing Council from last 4.5 years .Once I instructed Mr Ibrahim regarding my housing issue he handled my issue very wisely and professionally .His communication and dedication was outstanding in my case. With his outstanding communication and knowledge I got offered 3 bedroom apartment from a studio flat in a few months while the Council told me that I have to wait for at least 7 years. I definitely would recommend this solicitor to everyone.

I contacted MTG to help me with the divorce proceedings. The solicitor who called me back was incredibly insensitive, mocked me, accused me of interrupting her when I tried to explain the problem, dismissed me and said it doesn’t matter this was domestic violence marriage as ‘that doesn’t matter in the court’ then told me that it would cost at least £15-20k to fight asset division case and that if I didn’t have the money I should just talk to my abuser and do it myself. She then cheerfully said ‘bye’ and hung up. The next day I phoned the receptionist and asked if I could leave feedback and when I started talking she put me on hold without explanation. I have since contacted another law firm who kindly run me through my options and different cost effective solutions reassuring me that I will never have to talk to my ex. I am sad that customers are treated that way by people that are there to represent them.

Initially at the first appointment I had a meeting with Eulal & Sky. In light of my disability, I appreciate not being rushed and rather feeling an authentic level of empathy and care.

Further to that my case was handed to Ibrahim who went over and beyond expectation to achieve results. I cannot commend him and the firm enough! He is a true asset. 6/5 rather than just 5/5.

Review: Avoid Working with Aroosa

If you’re ever assigned Aroosa to handle your case, I strongly advise against it. My experience with her has been incredibly damaging, both to my mental health and the progress of my case. She will gaslight you into believing she is helping, but in reality, she will be a major obstacle to achieving any meaningful results.

When I first joined, I worked with an excellent lawyer named Akembila, who was proactive, supportive, and genuinely cared about my case. Things were moving forward smoothly. However, after being assigned to Aroosa, everything came to a halt. She sends long, overly complicated letters filled with legal jargon that I don’t understand. She doesn’t even bother to call and explain them, leaving me completely lost.

Her communication is appalling—she rarely answers calls or emails, and when she does, it’s after 5 PM, making it impossible to take action until the next day. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak to her supervisors or managers, but I’ve never been put through to anyone or had my concerns acknowledged. It’s as if there’s no accountability for her actions.

She’s dismissive, unmotivated, and has a terrible work ethic. Instead of being proactive and finding ways to move my case forward, she repeats the same unhelpful points like a broken record. Her tone is demeaning and rude, and she doesn’t collaborate with other professionals to get me the support I need.

Working with Aroosa has been a nightmare. I’ve requested multiple times to work with someone else, but it seems she’s intent on holding onto my case despite being completely ineffective. If you value your mental health and want actual progress, avoid working with Aroosa at all costs.

I had a case with Housing with MTG Solicitors and my case worker was Mr. Ibrahim Nagib. I am immensely thankful to him for all the hard work he has done and it was very successful in my case solving. I really price him as hardworking, professionalism and a great asset for the place where he works. He will achieve a lot as he is confident and never gets tired on his job.

I had a best experience with MTG Solicitors.
They helped me win the case and they are so cooperative and helpful.

Needed legal help with a possession order. My solicitor MUDASSAR SALEEM, came unprepared with no paperwork. He had no knowledge of EPC was googling information during my court case. MTG solicitors received my possession order and did not sent it to me I had to request it from the court. They then withheld a letter regarding my legal fees I received this letter a month late. I complained about this to the manager and the ombudsman and nobody helped me!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE !!! I am so upset with how badly I was treated !!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

I came to Mtg when I got completely fed up of Ealing council housing neglect. I'm a mum of 3 with special needs.
