Scam

I ordered and paid the spare part in March 2024 (Order Nr. Q026919 /Proforma Invoice) but never received it. I wrote 8 emails to Miles Tool&Machinery Centre. First answer was that they do not have ordered item in stock at that moment, but it never really changed. My request for refund and all the other emails that I sent them to kindly remind on undeliverde order or refund were ignored completely. This kind of behavior is nothing more than a scam!

Was Good now in liquidation. Classic case of cannot compete.

So this used to be a great company with really good parts service. Like others here I order parts for drill hole saws in May 2025, kept calling about where the order was, in the end I just went to Screwfix for the parts after ordering them in as few keep Bosch holes in stock. I was able to contact MTMC via phone until Jan 2026 and every time they promised the tools would be sent, and failed in the end I requested a full refund for the items. That was 26th January 2026. No further response and it seems they are in liquidation now. I'm now pursuing the claim via CC company.

Have some dewalt parts on back order…

Have some dewalt parts on back order since august which is fine I understand the world has changed with shipping delays etc but after various email and phone call excuses they have closed the business without repayment. It's a shame as they have been really good over the previous years of trading.

Scammers!!!

Placed order on 19 Jan 2025, never received order even though they constantly told me it would arrive. Now the site is closed and telephone leaves no option to speak to anyone. Clearly, they knew they were going scam me and steal my money. How do these people get away with it?!!!!

Business in administration

Been waiting for over a month for parts ordered and paid for online. I've left phone messages because nobody answers the phone. No response. Beginning to think this may be a scam company. Going to approach bank to get refund. Not recommended.

Update: This company went into administration on 23 Feb 2026 having failed to fulfill my order.

Ordered a starter switch for a Metabo…

Ordered a starter switch for a Metabo saw Told it was on back order Several emails later And still no product After FIVE MONTHS I told them to refund the money EIGHT MONTHS LATER from the order date The grand total of NOTHING I am threatening them with Tradeing Standards What C--P service I will Never go back to this bunch of con artists The stars don't go low enough

Should really be zero stars.

Should really be zero stars.
Ordered a spare part at the beginning of November and have not received it.
Contacted the company by email several times and received automated replies, but no indication of when I can expect delivery of the part 3 months later.
Same with the telephone, automated replies but no one gets back.

Attempted repeatedly to get money back

Attempted repeatedly to get money back, after submitting order over a month ago and getting messages saying "it will be in stock soon". No response. They still have my money.

3 weeks after emailing they have now said the phone lines have gone, and working through emails.

Took two months for order to arrive

Took two months for order to arrive, only after having to make several calls to chase order. When it did arrive, they sent the wrong item. Tried phoning but only get answer machine- left multiple messages asking for them to call back but heard nothing from them. Don’t waste your money!

Item never delivered

The company has now refunded me. However, the item was never delivered and communication was poor until after I left a review. Issue eventually resolved, but the process was slow and frustrating.

Looks like they've gone under.

Some of the goods now delivered, no contact possible with them. Phone now says closed.
Auto response emails is all you get, now the website just says closed.
No answer on the phone, just a voicemail service to Davina Miles.

As others have responded, you place an order and then get no response.

I suppose alarm bells should have rung when the response to an email enquiry contains the worrying statement "Please do not re-email as this will push your request to the bottom of the queue."!
