Absolute disaster
I had very high hopes for this florist due to their ratings. I placed an order on 4/12/26, to be delivered on Mother's Day, 5/10. I have chronic medical conditions and did not want to forget. I included a box of chocolates with my order. This was to be a pricy surprise, as I ordered a premium bouquet at the largest size.
To my shock and dismay, the order was delivered that same afternoon, without the chocolates. The whole reason I picked that arrangement was because of the cute pink flowers, which were missing from the arrangement entirely. Everything that could have gone wrong, did.
I immediately wrote to the florist with no response. I called the next day and they shrugged it off, saying they'll just redeliver on 5/10. The surprise has been ruined and I don't want flowers again in a month. I demanded a full refund. We'll see how soon I get it.
