I bought the UV 360 printer in SEPTEMBER 2025! It is now MAY 2026 and I still haven’t been able to use my printer successfully. I spent 35k+ on the machine ALONE. Customer service sucks! DEEPLY regretful of my purchase. The machine does not work properly. A migraine it has been dealing with this company. The reviews on their site are not real you can’t even see them.
Shocking company to deal with, machine didnt work they wouldnt help with remote to solve the issue, never got back when needed help in 1 years maintenance support. A knightmare to deal with them.
