I recently started to use muchbetter. Made like 4 transactions so far and 3 of them was problematic so i had to contact them to solve it which is a nightmare especially when you dont have days to waste. Most likely you ll not get a reply for your messages even if that's urgent for you. I don't even know if they don't care or not enough employees
Every time you try to make a withdrawal, they give you a headache. Today i made a deposit which i waited for a few hours to finally appear in my account ; and now i cant just withdraw my balance since a few more hours cos god knows why it keeps telling me " oops try again later" . I dont know if anyone ever uses this service without any problems, but i ll definitely give up after i can finally get my balance off of here successfully

I have topped up my account by etransfer from bank account of my own. But the platform I was trying to use was no longer accepting Muchbetter so I have requested withdraw of fund by etransfer for the amount I topped up.
After about half hour since the withdrawal request, I got an email saying my withdrawal is on hold. Email is also asking reason of withdrawal and to submit bank statement. I have answered all the questions and valid bank statements as requested. This was done within 5 minutes from email requesting.
Then there is no response and no withdrawal for almost 20 hours now. I have made multiple follow up emails and all been ignored.
Account fully verified, top up was from my own bank account and withdrawal request using same email that was used for top up and its to same bank acount.
What is the reason for being on hold!!!

I’ve gone to log onto my account to top my account up with the voucher I purchased and the top up via voucher option isn’t there. No only have I now wasted money on a voucher I can’t use every single email is being ignored!!!

Hello,
I had received the funds back into my account which your team email me and stated it was reversed. That funds was sent to me by my friend, who has already verified his account, which is how the transfer was completed due to your app rules stated that an account needs to be verified for a transfer to be completed.
My concern is that I submitted a withdrawal to my crypto account and have been waiting for approval since February 9 at 12:56 PM. I was informed that the transaction cannot be approved until my friend verifies his account, but he has already done this multiple times even today, and the app still shows it as unverified. And before u stated about updating the app he did not had the app on his phone he had to redownload it, so the app was on the latest version.
I don’t understand why his verification is required for a withdrawal that I submitted, as he is not involved in this transaction. Please review this matter and approve my withdrawal as soon as possible.

At the beginning of January out of the blue my ring was frozen. I emailed the customer service team and was told they sent out a “mass email” to all customers that they were using a new provider and a new ring would be sent out? I never received any emails about this change. Now I’m waiting for a replacement ring and it’s been over 3 weeks. Something fishy is going on as most companies who do this send out new replacements for the smooth transition prior to freezing the card or device. I am still waiting for my so called replacement & I’m not holding much hope. I strongly believe that this company is in trouble and my funds are going to simply get swallowed up by this mess. I personally would not recommend using much better because it’s actually much worse than expected.
EDIT Got my new ring today so I have access to my funds. Took 3 weeks but it’s here. Fingers crossed I will have no further issues

With the level of bad reviews I am seeing I have just lost hope of recovering my money, basically I work with Wolt had issues with bank do decide to much better just for my pay to come through and the close the account re asking me for verification which I did then asking for work contact and IBAN and etc of sent all of this sounds too doggy and I just lost my €800 I believe

This is a follow up to my previous review where I complained about being locked out of my account. I never got access to my account nor did I ever get a meaningful response from "customer service". Their director of operations Crows about the AI bot they use to respond to service requests in a recent video. Notably he is so proud of the 90% deflection rate provided by the bot. It is embarrassing how bad they are at customer service. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN AND WARN OTHERS TO BE WARY OF IT.

Have had problems so didn't use my payment ring for a few weeks. Then added £90 via the app only to find my payment ring wouldn't work. I had to contact MuchBetter and only then was I told the ring was frozen. They have offered to send a new one but my money is out of bounds because I refuse to pay to have the money put back in my account when they should've prevented me from topping up if I couldn't actually use it. Will get my money back then I'm finished with them.
*EDIT: They have just contacted me to say that I can have my money back if I request it in the app and pay 2%. Absolute scum. They should never have let me top up knowing I couldn't use the money.

My ring just stopped working with no warning. I was told it may be working by Spring, or i could request a new ring which would work immediately. That was a month ago. Istill haven't received it and responses to emails are zero. Closing my account and looking for another provider. Disappointed customer!!!

I have provided all required KYC documentation for account verification, yet my account remains restricted and my funds are being held without any justification or response from your support team for over a week.
This lack of communication and the withholding of my funds constitute a breach of the FCA’s "Consumer Duty" and "Treating Customers Fairly" principles.
I request:
The immediate review and approval of my verification documents.
The immediate release of my funds for withdrawal.

I deposited $1400 on Monday 26th January. Completed the app verification. Its now been 2 days and I can not get a response from anyone. I have sent multiple emails and received multiple tickets regarding the account. My money is locked in the account. I can’t withdraw or spend it anywhere. No one is responding to me. The support has been diabolical. I just feel scammed.

I put on 1000 to deposit to a casino app. I took 1 days to show up on my account when i dont need it anymore.
I made a withdrawal of that 1000. They send me an email that my withdrawal is pending for reviewing. Asking me the reasons for withdrawal, providing bank statement…
I did send them all details and not hearing back from them 3 days now.

Deposit and let’s see whether you will be able to withdraw. I am always lucky with all this bad site. I actually wanted to deposit $1000 CAD but my mind said I should deposit like $60 - $65 which is a good sum to check it out before depositing enough.
The thing is that we should always trust our instinct, I deposited $65 CAD and I can’t withdraw, I even tried withdrawing through crypto which I found it might be easy to withdraw but no. Tried everything even linking the virtual card they gave me to my PayPal or Apple Pay, even trying to make payment on most sites.
Please be careful. Now my $65 is stuck. The funny thing is, what do they gain in doing all this? The answer is bad reviews.

The absolute worse company over ever experienced. I signed up to make it easier to use their wallet for a few sites and it's the worse thing anyone can do.
Never ever ever use this company they take 5-15 days to reply to your request, they can't be called and their chat bot doesn't understand anything.
I have no idea how they are still in business.
