Appalling

Appalling. I arrived with a flat tyre in Ford Ranger Raptor and needed 10 minutes help to get the spare wheel down from under the car and mounted. Despite 40 degrees heat, and my being stranded a long way from home, they didn’t care. No help, nothing. Awful corporate culture.
