Very quick order fulfilment and delivery.
Previous trigger head on the mud daddy had started to leak. Replacement part wasn't cheap but a better option than replacing the whole mud daddy. Still an amazingly useful bit of kit

A mud daddy is a must have when you have a Labrador like mine who actively seeks out water, the dirtier the better. It’s ideal to take in the car for those “just in case walks”

Mac doesn’t mind it either as the water pressure is quite gentle and the lavender pre wash makes him smell much better. It usually gets the worst off before we travel home again.

A dog walkers must have product in our opinion!

I am a professional dog walker and I absolutely LOVE my Mud Daddy. All my dogs are happy to get their muddy paws cleaned because the water is nice and warm. It's also fab for cleaning my kids muddy football boots!

Why on earth did we not buy this sooner!
My giant pup is only 9 months old but it has been a game changer.
The only way the review would be a 5⭐️ would be if the set came with the tube to hold the shampoo (rather than it being an extra purchase)

If you have a pooch, please don’t hold back on your purchase, but get the extra pipe to connect the shampoo!

I’ve been using the 8litre Mud daddy on my 4 year old very energetic Labrador for over 18months now…we do a lot of off road walks, through woods and fields and mud!
I fill it with warm water on return from our walks, and she will happily stand, lifting each paw to be washed.
I then use the brush and water combined to brush her flat coat which helps to clear all the loose hairs before she goes into the house.
Wouldn’t be without this piece of kit…even on dry days I use it to wash her paws as I know dogs can pick up a lot of bacteria on outings.
Great product! Still as powerful as the day I purchased it.

Loved the idea of this, and I have to say until it broke I was a huge fan. I must have used this only a handful of times, but now there is a hole in the tube so it leaks and I can’t use it. I have no idea how it appeared, aside from the fact it’s been stored outside so maybe something got to it. Anyway, I’ve given three stars as although it has been handy, it’s now useless so I’m disappointed the quality isn’t there in the hardiness of the product.

I ordered a replacement water container for my mud daddy, when this arrived the fitting had changed. I’m really delighted with the helpful customer service & the speed of getting this resolved. Thank you

Needed a spare part & very easy contact and help. All sorted & Mud Daddy continues to be essential piece of kit to clean dog & muddy boots/ shoes

Why did I not buy this years ago !!!!
Saves me having to carry my two dogs upstairs into the shower to clean them. Also saves my time having then to clean the shower and bathroom afterward!!!
Love it, so easy and convenient to use.

Just to make you aware that Mud Daddy applies discounts at the end of the order process. I got caught out by selecting PayPal as a payment option which completed the transaction and bypassed the step where you can select the discount you would like applied to your order. As a result I lost out on the discount I wanted to use (might be better to use a credit card to prevent this).
After contacting Mud Daddy they kindly offered to apply the discount I was after, so thank you for that.
